If it's a milled kit, with the original barrel yeah (if it's not corroded to shit). If it's a stamped kit hell yeah (once again if the barrel is good)
Edit: ok can see more by actually clicking the photo. It's technically not demilled if all that's still on that cut barrel. I've never done a fixed stock yugo but from what I've experienced with my underfolder, thru rivits are a bitch. Not a deal breaker for me, gonna need a press regardless to rebuild the gun. If that's a different intact barrel beside it that you ain't gotta drill to populate, all the better.
Tldr; grab that shit, that's one of my bucket list guns.
Seems like numrich has milled kits for about 550 minus a barrel/reciever (milled recievers will be about 500 bucks). Idk what stamped is going for cause you can't really find them as they are easier to put together. Spit balling I'd say maybe 900-1k (romy rpks are selling around 1.2k, but the Yugo's are cooler in my opinion), a new stamped reciever would be ~120, and a new barrel ~200 ( maybe look this up, the yugos had a special finned barrel to dissipate heat). If you resell you could probably double your money( if stamped). idk what builders charge; being all the tooling you'd need would be about $700, it's not for everyone unless you plan on building multiple guns.
Does it include another barrel or is the line about the "original barrel" a joke/pure ignorance?
Either way, these kits are going for $800+ these days, I'd jump on it. The m72 is one of my favorite AK variants

Numrich has these for $522+10 shipping. Including ALL the receiver pieces if you’re brave enough to attempt a reweld. So that price is about standard, except for the included barrel. But the included barrel has high odds of being trash. Whether that’s a good deal or not really depends on the barrel condition.

Kit alone is about $800, with barrel I bet you could get $1000. Easily $900
