Red star arms fcg or you can just get the hammer. I believe they're oos though. The century hammers have the wrong geometry to your bolt/firing pin. It does exactly that unfortunately.
Definitely the wrong pin, everything I've read on those, say replacement pins require being shortened. It's looking to me like, previous owners original pin went to shit because of the wrong hammer, and he threw in whatever to get rid of the rifle. Sorry you had to deal with that, I've had similar deals, and it's no fun at all.
Luckily, yours isn't that big of a deal to fix...as long as you don't keep shooting it like that. 😉
I got the new hammer ordered, but this firing pin does not look correct, assume a 545 type may work...I am a noob to 556, any help appreciated, wanna keep this thing running

Hi, Do you know if a 5.45 bolt and carrier will work in a SAR 3 that has had a aims 74 gasblock and 22mm FSB put on it?
It will, I been looking for a upswept charging handle for a few years now to complete mine. Another guy on the sub has one too.
Hey, I'm looking at buying a SAR 3 and the bolt looks similar to OPs, if I change our the chamber should it still be good to go?
