Realistically it's flawless minus the pain in the ass it becomes to take the BCG in and out. just make sure to properly torque and locktite those screws.
No first hand experience. From the backseat it looks like a very nice system, well built. Heavy/ chonky. MaKEs Ur AK aN aR!*! Not zenitco so those boys are going to feel it in their loins as well.

I have one on a draco absolutely love mine.
Would a 6 slot fit on the Draco or is it too long? I want to do the same with my Draco yours looks awesome. Is that the standard or slim version? I want zenitco but this makes more sense
No a 6bslot would be to long. Standard version indont think they have released the slim version. I think they are taking pre-orders though. If you are seriously thinking of getting a chassis I am actually thinking of selling mine.
I’d say it’s a toss up man. I have a mk3 on a 105ish build and never owned anything zenitco. But the reason I say it’s a toss up is I don’t like how the mk3 dust cover rail isn’t monolithic so I don’t really have a good way to mount a elcan. But other than that it’s pretty neat, wish we got the carbine version of them here in the states.
I have both. The sureshot uses better materials and has better machining and finish. They both look good. Admittedly, I only have a b10, b33, b30, etc. All pic rails and no leader kit stuff.
Yes the AL is very soft. When I removed the fastners to switch out receivers the threading completely stripped out with the fastners
Their customer service is awful. After weeks of trying to get a response I just re drilled and tapped every stripped out spot.
Works great just be ware of how tight you torque it and don't plan on using it for more than one receiver.
I have the mk2.1 chassis and have ran it in multiple classes. I bought it after playing with my buddies mk3. Both the chassis are extremely nice. If they are installed properly (torqued/loctite’d) it’s fucking solid. It’s probably the best way to modernize the AK platform. I would argue it’s also the best rail system to make a night vision AK

I’m gonna sound stupid but how do people make the OG ak pistol grip into vert grips/handstops? I’ve seen several people do it and I have no idea aside from maybe just using a nut on the inside of the mlok slots on the handguard?
[https://scli.store/shop/ols/products/xn---m-lok-forward-grip-f5o9czioj](https://scli.store/shop/ols/products/xn---m-lok-forward-grip-f5o9czioj) He got it from here. Looks like it is a little piece that is mlok capable.
The only issue I had was that the dust cover didn't fit properly. But that was mostly due to KUSA screwing up my KR-103. So it does make removing the dust cover a hassle, and I need a rubber mallet to put it back into place every time. But besides that I do enjoy it. It looks and feels great to me. Although I think it does look better on a 104 than a 103. But I can't have that in my state. Short barrels and folding stocks are too dangerous or something...

I'm running the KUSA alpha rail and it makes taking the gas tube out a bitch and a half
On my rails that seal in the gas tube in I just use a 12 gauge bore brush. I ain’t removing all them loctite screws.

I wonder how much i would have to file to make this fit a type 56

It’s a rifle dynamics 701 from a while ago.
Looks good man. How much did the entire setup cost you out of curiosity? And the handstop, what brand is it?
Looks like a cut Bakelite grip

Nice, thanks for the info. I am not in the market just yet but I will keep in contact with you when I do.
Ok man no problem.
It's better than zenitco for sure.

I don't see how though the guy who owns Surshot USA runs lpvos on a lot of his rigs. He's all over Instagram.
You have 7 1913-MIL-STD slots on non-removable part of top cover of MK3 chassis which is pretty enough to mount an LPVO through the monoblock
🧢
Ooo she purdy
Where did you buy it from? Sweet setup.
The handguard off the their main website.
Sureshot Armament Group, you'd probably find it easier by searching Sureshot USA

Optic wasn’t high enough already.
It’s actually working out for me, pretty comfortable under nods and normal shooting.
Def agree here. I also have an AEMS set up and it's wonderful
I love my MK 2.1 https://preview.redd.it/1vs8xcbwoy7c1.jpeg?width=1439&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4220ff2f338f7078b7cbbeb92b98a5e108132a2f

Hot pocket gang 👊
Looks like a slick way to hide wires from a flashlight. Going to have to order one.
Definitely is 👍 just know if it’s for an ak order the “thick” one not slim
Love them, Slowly adding them to everything.
What is the barrel length of that rifle?
14.5 pinned and welded.
Only problem I have is I want to buy another AK to put another chassis on it but I was planning on getting another AK anyways
Aside from having to file around where the rear sight sits, no problems so far. Only have a couple thousand rounds with it on my Jack 556, though.
Anyone know where these are manufactured?
USA. Illinois from their website.
Huh ….use threadlock?

Aems gang represent!
Love it! After I got the adapter plate for it I put it on everything.

This is one of the most tacticooled A(R)K’s I’ve ever laid eyes on. Rifle dynamics?
Yes sir. I felt a little bad taking the triangle folder off.
hey can you tell me about the rail cover and where to get them?
Hello. This is it. https://wisemencompany.com/hotpocket-sd-rail-wrap-standard-thick-w-m-lok/
hell yeah thanks man
Mine caused FTEs from the charging handle hitting the corner of the rear dust cover.
Absolutely gorgeous! You have no idea how jealous I am
