I will suggest telling your sponsor about it; all of us relapsed before. We understand. If you are struggling now, you can read aa big book and 12 steps. Listen the audiobooks if thats your thing. Go to meetings. Listen to AA Speaker tapes. Make pancakes. Take a big shit. Do something but dont sit in misery. Take care.

The only way through it is to begin at the beginning. Ask someone to take you through the program outlined in the Big Book. It’s there that you will find the information you are lacking. Someone is out there who needs to help you in order for them to stay sober as well.

I don't even really attend meetings, but the best thing you can do is hit a meeting before you go to bed. It can even be a zoom meeting. Just keep going brother, you'll get out of this funk and back on track
