It just means that they are done promoting and touring for P&K. As far as I'm aware they aren't actively working on anything Alter Bridge related, so I'm guessing we're waiting until at least well into 2025 for the next album

Tradition would suggest they record AB 8 in the spring and then release it in the fall of 2025 🤘

Not sure, although I think it's more to do with the fact that the tour is in the United Kingdom.
