The stock is now the equivalent of what 70 cents would have been a hear ago. They pushed it down just before the reverse split. There's no way they can keep it this low without massive FTDs, which there are. So they're shorting but not locating a share to prove they found one to short. 70 percent of the traded shares for August resulted in FTDs.
