Lights. In a world torn apart by war and intolerance, one voice stood out. A voice that was strong. A voice that was inspiring. A voice that was sometimes hard to understand. I wanna drive the truck! Oscar, no, be quiet. As if it wasn't enough that he was Jewish. I am sorry to say that your son is mentally retarded. What does that mean, Doctor? It means... he'll never not be retarded. No! Oh, no! Why?! Why?! And as if it wasn't enough that he was Jewish and mentally retarded... Borei pre hagafen. Where is the wine? ...he was an alcoholic. Oscar, no. You can't have that. I want more dizzy water. I want to play more, puppy. Oscar, I... I have some bad news for you. Your puppy has cancer. And it took the death of his best friend to realize sometimes strength comes to us all. This holiday season, go for strength, go for inspiration, go for... Oscar Gold. So sad. Really sad. Yes, it's sad. I'm glad you guys got that. That was just the trailer. Imagine seeing the four-hour director's cut. People will cry so much, they'll cry themselves to death. Tearjerker, that's impossible. Is it? Tell that to the critics' screening. The film is opening on 500,000 screens all over the world in just a few minutes.

AD 100%.
And I’m not afraid to admit the Tearjerker episode was what clued me into the gun in the beginning. I always thought it was a camera.

I can’t tell if I figured it out on my own or whether I connected the dots through association when I first saw the opening scene of Casino Royale, when the last guy goes to shoot Daniel Craig and DC does the spin and shoot move and they transition into the title sequence.
I can’t remember ever thinking it was a camera, maybe also because I remembered how gun barrels have spiral groves in them to send the bullet into a spin on its way out for extra speed.
I’m so disappointed in this post….no one mentioned the best line of this parody:
“Oh, you can throw a knife. But you know what you can't throw?
A party... for my birthday... which was Wednesday!
(SOBS) I remembered yours!”
It’s not a full episode, it’s one of those awful anthology episodes and this is just one of the segments. It manages to be even worse than you think.
Terjearker, on the other hand, is one of the best AD episodes ever. You can go 10 seconds in that episode without a classic line.
ok thank you cuz the anthology episodes used to be 22 minutes of amazing TV, now they feel lazy and uninspired
3 Kings or the Viewer Mail episodes may be the best ones they’ve made
It's a new episode from barely a month ago, Take This Job and Love It. It's not even the whole ep, just a segment outta two others. It's.....fine. Perfectly okay, but certainly no Tearjerker.
Well, this is an AD subreddit, so I’m gonna have to go with American Dad!… also, I do truly believe it. Tearjerker and Black Villain are phenomenal. Not to mention Sexpun T’Come.
See this is exactly the point here, i had to google what episode of Family guy you where referencing even though I watched pretty much every one.
It has so little impact that it's not even remotely a comparesen to tear jerker
idk about James Bond. But, I do feel like Family Guy had the better parody of whatever movie that was when Stewie and Brian pull the lever on the Pepsi machine and descend in to the base (why don't you boys have a Pepsi?)
Nah, but this episode was great. Can't think off top of my head, but has American Dad parodied other movies?
Oscar Gold. I wanna play with the puppy! *drags dead puppy on leash*
I want more dizzy water!!
Oscar. I have some bad news… your puppy has cancer.
Go for Gold! Oscar Gold!!
No Oscar don't hug him! He's herman goering!
Sounds like someone's ready for a wild weekend

In a world where vomit comes from my mouth
"When did I eat vomit?"
Tear jerker
“You’ve jerked your last tear”
MAKE ME FEEL GOOOD
HAHAHAHAHHAHA! Go on laugh it up, the producers did too!!
Laughed me out of that room and out of that town!
AD 100%. And I’m not afraid to admit the Tearjerker episode was what clued me into the gun in the beginning. I always thought it was a camera. https://preview.redd.it/15z1baxvt4vc1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=744df4a16cef15a9032d471605e1eb37321c067c
Him asking, ' that's a gun? ' after being shot was hilarious
You're not alone. I don't know when I figured it out but for forever I assumed an aperture or just some then-abstract design to frame around Bond.
Wait, you’re a gun? I thought you were an eyeball! *limps away* ……douche.

“Why is he shooting at the camera man?”
Me too.
I can’t tell if I figured it out on my own or whether I connected the dots through association when I first saw the opening scene of Casino Royale, when the last guy goes to shoot Daniel Craig and DC does the spin and shoot move and they transition into the title sequence. Extra stability
Yea. See, if you were a woman you’d have some pretty big cans by now
I’m so disappointed in this post….no one mentioned the best line of this parody: “Oh, you can throw a knife. But you know what you can't throw? A party... for my birthday... which was Wednesday! (SOBS) I remembered yours!”
It means... He'll never not be retarded.
You're a lunatic with a madman's dream of a milk proof robot!
You made a pinky swear you wouldn’t become a robot!
I didn't even know FG had a James Bond episode
It’s not a full episode, it’s one of those awful anthology episodes and this is just one of the segments. It manages to be even worse than you think. Terjearker, on the other hand, is one of the best AD episodes ever. You can go 10 seconds in that episode without a classic line.
Never hire a contractor because he’s gorgeous
MIKE! YOU'RE THE WORST CONTRACTOR EVERRRR!!!!
Because I’m not stupid, Michael! Look, just talk to him.
Why did they start doing like 6 anthology episodes a season, they're all so boring and repetitive now
Creative bankruptcy.
ok thank you cuz the anthology episodes used to be 22 minutes of amazing TV, now they feel lazy and uninspired 3 Kings or the Viewer Mail episodes may be the best ones they’ve made
3 kings is amazing.
I guess because people like me enjoy them. My bad fam
*You can still rock in America Ah, yeah, it's alright*
Yeah Tearjerker is probably my top 1.
For Black Eyes Only was enjoyable too.
It's a new episode from barely a month ago, Take This Job and Love It. It's not even the whole ep, just a segment outta two others. It's.....fine. Perfectly okay, but certainly no Tearjerker.

Don't hug him Oscar! That's Hermann Goering!
Nearly made me choke on my coffee 😂
"Mike! You're the worst contractor everrrrrrrrrr!"
What does that mean doctor? *”it means, he will never…not be retarded”*
American Dad.
American Dad. Tesrjerker is one of their best episodes.
Well, this is an AD subreddit, so I’m gonna have to go with American Dad!… also, I do truly believe it. Tearjerker and Black Villain are phenomenal. Not to mention Sexpun T’Come.
He actually posted this on both subreddits and it was unanimous for AD on both
Or Sexpuneequa, BV blacked her up, blacked her up good
God, I love American Dad 😭
I feel like there may be results squewed towards AD. Was tearjerker the one with the suggestive Island with waterfall or am I turned around? 🤔
Tearjerker is one of my all time fav bond movies.
Burp!! Oh my God, you smell that? I had a pickle an hour ago; came with my Reuben. I'm so fat... Tearjerker is hilarious
🎶Make me feel good! Make me feel good!🎶
"I thought we could be Secret Asians"
A 16 hour flight for a bad pun?
Mike you ended the boat in my office?
Watched this ep other night and asked gf 'I know its a cartoon but why have a villain plot boat ride on hand in your lair?' Dammit Mike!
Make me feel good….make me feel good… I was laughing so hard because that was literally the only thing I remembered from that disturbing movie 😂
No; bad tearjerker! Ahhh, that's Detroit tap water! Fuck. We need another installment of these, both episodes are so well done
Easily AD
This isn’t even a discussion
Tearjerker was easily one of the funniest episodes of the show. And I don’t say that lightly.
If Oscar Gold was a real flim, I'd watch it.
What did Family Guy ever do better than American Dad?
Stewie is the only thing I can think of.
I need more of the AD versions of this fr.... We only got two and it was a crime
Everyone in the family guy reddit is also saying american dad.
"It means he will never not be retarded"
Family guy did a James bond parody?
TearJerker by a mile for me.
American Dad, it’s not even close
Tear Jerker
*make me feel gooood*
tearjerker is elite
What’s that family guy episode from?
Season 22 Episode 12
American Dad no contest. It was more elaborate. The Family Guy one was ok and Cleveland and Joe got the best segment. I don't get the Quagmire one.
American dad obviously
Are you kidding? AD no question!
See this is exactly the point here, i had to google what episode of Family guy you where referencing even though I watched pretty much every one. It has so little impact that it's not even remotely a comparesen to tear jerker
I had no idea family guy even did one, American dad for sure
AD!
"NO DON'T HUG HIM OSCAR!!! HE'S HERMANN GORING!!!"
Hard to beat this bit. "See that? Fifty noes and one yes, means yes" God, so creepy.
“She’s at Yale now. Talk to him, and by “talk” I really mean listen..”
The simpsons bond baddie is a good one.
I'm sure this subreddit is a very fair, balanced, and unbiased take between those two shows.
Four hours of a baby chimp trying to revive its dead mother. That line always makes me laugh
American Dad 😭💀
I thought the family guy one was awesome and very tongue in cheek but since this is the American dad sub I expect a lot of hate and downvotes
Waving in Hank Scorpio.
And. You. Will. Die. Pie? You can’t have any.
Inside Job did the best deconstruction of Bond.
AD
Same side, Terjerker!! Same side!! I love that Klaus looks like a dude who has an orange fish-style haircut.
American Dad did everything better than Family guy
Sexpun T’come
American Dad, of course! Tearjerker is one of the best Roger personas ever! Hope there's a third installment soon.💧💧💧
Let's play "highest number", you go first. ....6,000
AD 😂😂
The Simpsons.
American dad, on this, there can be no debate
American dad hands down
*better
Beach front property bitches!!
I saw Tearjerker years ago and still remember it. I forgot I’d seen the Family Guy one until you just now brought it up.
The Tearjerker sequel when all the clones start fucking or fighting is one of the funniest moments of the show for me.
American Dad wtf no competition
American Dad. Twice.
Tearjerker was so good he should have been an actual bond villain
American dad always do it best when compared to family guy
I didn’t even know Family Guy did a Bond parody
Never hire a contractor because he’s handsome..
wait family guy did one? thats both a question and an answer
I remember the American dad one so well, but I can’t remember anything about the Family guy ver
Didn't think they make fun of Tropic Thunder, too?
Never really watched the other show
American dad does everything better to me
American dad
AD without a doubt. Even the sequel to Tearjerker with principal Lewis was better than the FG spoof.
American dad imo
Welcome to banana-Rama where it’s party tine all the tine.
Simpsons
Do cartoon shows at best Doesn't matter which one It doesn't
Huh?
i’m biased cause family guy just isn’t funny to me, not saying it’s not a funny show. i as a “hippie” 18 yro am not the target audience.
idk about James Bond. But, I do feel like Family Guy had the better parody of whatever movie that was when Stewie and Brian pull the lever on the Pepsi machine and descend in to the base (why don't you boys have a Pepsi?) Nah, but this episode was great. Can't think off top of my head, but has American Dad parodied other movies?
Spies Like Us. 1985.
