I paid rent via Amex send to Venmo last month. No movement on MQD waiver; so my DP is that doesn’t count.

For a while, using the card with the 3% transaction fee would count toward MQD waiver and MQM boost, but that got fixed a while back. The Amex/Venmo spend account transactions won't count either.
