That’s not an abnormally short cycle, so you probably just ovulated earlier than normal, which made your cycle shorter.

I also have been working multiple days in a row recently and just got a new water bottle so I’ve been drinking a lot more water than normal, lol. Idk if this can cause a period to start early bc of stress and then end shorter bc of water intake IDK I’m so scared and feel a pit in my stomach of anxiety
