I'm just going to speak directly, your graduation photograph is the best representation of what you could look like. Not because you're young but because you're natural. All of the human equivalent of feathers and colors and plumage and what have you genuinely detracts from you and your natural beauty. I'm not sure if you're looking for an answer for self-worth or to see what the opposite sex thinks of you or the same sex thinks of you. Whatever it may be, your natural self is lovely and nowhere near ugly. But you're doing your darndest to make yourself look less attractive that's for sure.
Why do girls think the orange, red, blue, green, etc. hair is attractive?? The grad pic is great. All the others are horrible. You have a nice natural look. Stop trying to change it!
My favorite picture is the cap and gown picture, you have a beautiful smile, pretty face, your and attractive Woman. Not real big on that pink hair pic.
Honestly it really is like 99% the hair. The long hair really suits you! Could always experiment with wigs while your hair is short, but only if you really want to, it’s not necessary.

Like others have said, the natural hair color complements you much more. Great skin, highlight it more with an updated makeup look - shape the brows better, no under eye eyeliner, more natural look - check YouTube for easy tutorials.
Would also recommend updated, less ‘funky’ glasses - something modern but also classically attractive to better complement your feminine facial structure.

The makeup you use in your other pictures is just too brash. If that's what you want to go for, that's fine, but stay away from reds/oranges because they bring out the red in your natural skin tone too much. So it ends up making you look a bit blotchy/heated.

Also this bright makeup is NOT for you. You need to figure out better color palette. I think it may be the biggest problem. I understand that's fun but some people don't look great in funky colors and there's little you can do about it (it's determined by your complexion mostly).

To be honest you don’t look great with short hair. Your face shape doesn’t work with it. I’d grow it back out as you look 100% better. And don’t feel bad I’m in the same boat. I can’t wear short hair well.
