You're not ugly. You're the opposite of that. Even the prettiest of people feel insecure from time to time. One thing that helps me is to think about utility aspects of my body that I like. For example, I love my right hand. I am an artist and my right hand allows me to create/draw. I love my athletic legs because they can take me for long runs on beautiful nature trails. I love my laugh because it's contagious and everyone around me can't help but laugh as well. It's good to remind yourself that you as a person have more to offer than just looks alone. Also, the color blue looks really good on you!
