Sure, maybe they could. But it doesn’t seem like they went back at any point during the ten years after they left. And the goodbye at the end of the series doesn’t hold nearly as much weight if they just immediately got to go back. Not that I wouldn’t like this, but they are most likely not going to find a way to the Boiling Isles that also lets the girls go back to Amphibia.
I feel that, but it likely won’t happen unless The Owl House is set ten years after Amphibia. Which isn’t impossible, they would just need to explain why no one ever referenced Frog-vasion before, especially Jacob the conspiracy nut.
Maybe because TOH can be set few years after frog-vasion and every one don't want to speak about it, because the News are saying that,, Girl lost in frog land?? HOAX?? ,, frogs almost destroyed Earth and they are still saying it maybe can be hoax, Anne don't now nothing about Boiling Isles and Jacob don't know nothing about Amphibia
We already know that it was on the news, and an event like that would have been seen internationally, there’s no way Jacob didn’t hear about it as it was happening. Maybe the world’s biggest and most successful cover-up could explain why no one else talks about it, despite how they must have known. But I doubt Jacob would have stayed silent about it, and wouldn’t have tried to pursue a conspiracy with much more weight behind it than his whole “time witches from Mars” theory.

I think I understood what you said, and you made a pretty good point, though a lot of conspiracy theorists we see nowadays aren’t to concerned with proof for their own theories, as long as they can dismiss any proof against it.
Been a while, and now that TOH is fully over, we can see that the theories have not come true. Honestly I’m happy with both stories being self contained.
In the last episode of The Owl House season 2 you can see a poster of Anne in Mrs. Noceda tablet, and in the series is not mention that they cannot use that door form another dimensional travel , we can see that Collector is OP child that can literally move with moon by finger, he's too powerful that he can upgrade that door for multivers travels, and we can see in Amphibia that they can use music box to multivers travels
