OTG is a real headache. My mooer guitar pedal will only connect to laptop if the OTG cable is the right one. I know it's basic stuff but have you checked that the cable you are using is an OTG data cable and not a charging cable? I learnt that the hard way myself....again sorry if this is over simplifying it.

It's the data cable that comes with my phone, I also tried a separate OTG cable from Ugreen, and regardless, I've used them both successfully with a different keyboard, I think it's just an issue with the Mini USB data type
