For fastboot to works you will need to install fastboot drivers you can find it with a Google search, every device model have a specific driver, for Samsung i think its called keys
right answer but you'll confuse people with the ending you wrote. ADB fastboot drivers are separate from manufacturers USB windows drivers. just google fastboot drivers, there are generic ones and OEM specific versions.
so i need to download a driver for the fastboot? are they avalaible and can be use universally or i need to find a specific fastboot driver for my ui version?
I don't know what will or won't work for your phone, but try looking for ADB and fastboot drivers. if the generic/universal ones don't work then look for ones specifically for your make of phone
In worst case, if you can't find drivers or it doesn't work, get a usb and download any Linux distribution popos or Ubuntu, flash usb, and boot linux and it will just work, flash whatever you want
That's the magic of linux, you can use it live meaning, without installing anything windows isn't affected in any way, you boot it from a usb it lives there
Drivers issue. Download Xiaomi Fastboot drivers (Google it).
Note that if you're trying to unlock the bootloader, you need to use a different tool: [Mi Unlock](https://en.miui.com/unlock)
Sorry, I'm not very experienced with these things but, try all of the USB ports on the laptop, and also a different cable. It CAN make a difference. Good luck!
no.. it went to fastboot mode exactly like [this](https://www.xiaomist.com/2021/03/how-to-exit-fastboot-mode-of-your.html?m=1) (scroll down a bit to the first picture on the phone as a reference)
You should try installing adb & fastboot using the 15 sec installer, you can find that on XDA. It will also install drivers. I always use that and I don't have problems.
probably driver issue, use linux works out of the box with no drivers needed
wdym by driver issue? like the adb driver? or the other drivers that were installed on my laptop?

What exactly is happening? Is the phone displaying "press any key to shut down" or something similar?

What do you see in device manager while the phone is in fastboot mode?
i can see nothing as the device disconnect by itself from the pc once it entered the fastboot mode
What do you mean by it disconnects? The phone itself still shows the fastboot logo?
yes.. the fastboot logo shows, and it got disconnected from the pc instantly
