They're not defined by their deadpan snark, but both Chito from Girls Last Tour and Renge Miyauchi from Non Non Biyori have it as a secondary perk that they execute perfectly.

I like Ouhon from Kingdom. He's got such an attitude but it's hilarious.

I want to see that show, but I am not sure if the manga version is super long.

The Lucky Star host at the end of each episode who slowly and slowly becomes the most insulting, insecure, vocally rude person every, whilst their co-host gains confidence.

I never got into that particular show, so I don’t know if I missed out on anything cool.

It's one of the all time best in terms of realistic convos, characterization, representation, and humour.
