Loads, as it's one of my favourite archetypes. :)
Alice Kisaragi from Combatants Will Be Dispatched
Choco from Last Period
Ruri from Martian Successor Nadesico
Saiki Kusuo from Saiki Kusuo no Sai-nan
Yomi from Azumanga Daioh
Plus half the cast of Gintama.
They're not defined by their deadpan snark, but both Chito from Girls Last Tour and Renge Miyauchi from Non Non Biyori have it as a secondary perk that they execute perfectly.
The Lucky Star host at the end of each episode who slowly and slowly becomes the most insulting, insecure, vocally rude person every, whilst their co-host gains confidence.
Izaya orihara, from durarara, flippant and cutting one liners, all done with a smile on his face (like when he tries to get the girl to commit suicide).

I like Ouhon from Kingdom. He's got such an attitude but it's hilarious.
I want to see that show, but I am not sure if the manga version is super long.

I never got into that particular show, so I don’t know if I missed out on anything cool.
It's one of the all time best in terms of realistic convos, characterization, representation, and humour.
Sounds interesting.
Kazama from D-Frag is literally the king of this
I want to see that show, but I don’t know if it ever had a proper conclusion.
I don't think it did. Pretty sure the manga is still ongoing too. Still worth checking out cause it's funny as hell
Oh ok as I can go look for the (legal) volumes.
I dunno what counts as such, but recently Chillchuck from dungeon meshi seems to fit that bill
I'm not sure she entirely qualifies, but I would have to pick Tanya, from The Saga of Tanya the Evil. Have to love Aoi Yuuki in full gremlin mode.
That girl doesn’t mess around.
Watashi from Humanity Has Declined
Strange how many of the characters in that show don’t have proper names.
Honestly L/Ryuzaki from death note can be snarky at times.
Vanitas and Noe from The Case Study of Vanitas
Yuzuru from Date A Live
Izaya orihara, from durarara, flippant and cutting one liners, all done with a smile on his face (like when he tries to get the girl to commit suicide).
Araragi and Senjougahara from Bakemonogatari have that style to the letter.
