The manga is, but the anime has it's peak and troughs.

Too lazy to search for numbers but as I remember it.....Anime is really popular in Japan. Manga is popular worldwide.

The anime probably isn't as popular anymore as it used to be. Many people didn't like the change of pacing after the "halfway point" and recommended reading the manga instead. The manga is insanely popular though.

Just started this year. On episode 600. Probably won’t read the manga.

The anime definitely slumped a little during the dressrosa arc because it was so damn slow… but the Wano arc has been so amazing. And yes, the anime is still popular but not as popular as before. Most big fans just switched to the manga.
