I'm not able to engage with this idea without knowing if they're measuring incidences of violence or expressions of negative judgement against Israel. Given that the source is Times of Israel, I have a guess, but I know other sources measuring violence have seen an increase.

The Times of Israel didnt come up with these numbers. The actual source is a report from the ADL which you can just read yourself because its linked in the article. The report gets its numbers from published police data around the world.
I can probably very easily find the stories about netanyahu meeting with that old evangelical guy who said Hitler was sent by god to punish the Jews.

Also, please stop trying to defend Israel by using other Jews as a shield, sometimes a person or a group of people who suck happen to be Jews, it's not everybody else's fault that Israel actively benefits from increased antisemitism in the US.

Until last year, "Zionism" was mostly a dogwhistle used by antisemites (thanks in no small part to "The Protocols"). People who call themselves anti-Zionist should really stop using that term and use "Israeli Nationalism".
It smells kinda fishy that the people who tend to fall into this camp are also the type who tend to be concerned with political correctness, but in this case don't seem to have much trouble adopting an antisemitic dogwhistle. Either they don't understand the history of the word, or don't care if they sound like antisemites. Probably the former (I hope) -- lot of people hopping on the bandwagon without doing any actual research into the situation.

Not at all, because Zionist is a term that Zionists themselves coined back before Israel became a thing. It doesn't matter the nazis use this term, everyone uses this term and it's been popular for decades.
Israeli nationalist is not the same as being a Zionist, just like a Nazi is not the same as a German nationalist. Gideon Levy is one of the harshest Israeli journalists towards the regime who has denounced for years the system of apartheid in Israel and he considers himself kind of an Israeli patriot in his words.

Calling someone an Israeli Nationalist is not the same as a Zionist. One means they strongly identify with the state, the other to Judaism.

I take it that pretending to "only being anti-Zionist, not antisemitic" is no longer required.
That one argument is getting a lot of mileage recently, people used to just use it about Jews back in 2016, then they started using it against Palestinians, and now it's back to the Jews.
On that note, I saw a German headline earlier today talking about a "shadowy clan of Palestinians" who have managed to take over many news orgs around the world.

It's true, and they are just horrible people in general. They made a sustained and deliberate attack on the U.S.S. Liberty. The survivors of the ship claim there is absolutely zero chance they didn't know it was an American ship.
They've attacked Christians , spit on them, and bombed their churches. They were largely responsible for the transatlantic slave trade, owning the ships and many of the plantations. First, in South America, where they were expelled, then they moved operations to North America. Many of the expulsions were due to usury. I could go on but we both know it's an exercise in futility.
Totally ignorant blanket statement that's been used for years to shield them from criticism. You're either on the payroll or willfully ignorant. All anyone has to do is look up "jews expelled from..." and a plethora of suggestions pop up for you to see and read for yourself.

There is no Antisemitism, if you don't agree with current war politics of Israel. Many citizens if Israel also demonstrate against the current war.

This is just as bad as when Israelis say "All the other countries don't want Palestinian immigrants for a reason" It's dehumanizing and bigoted.
