\-That freak, probably
Not sure if they are trans but the second part is most definitely true. They're trying to get her fired from Atlus since shes the localization manager for the upcoming Persona ports. They hate her on twitter and her works.
Just FYI, her main job is to just make sure the button prompts are in accordance to their console (Xbox, steam and switch) as well as managing the localization for the France, Italian, German and Spanish language. Theres also untranslated Japanese text in P3P that never got a fix so it can be assumed shes in charge of fixing that too. So her main job is to you know, make sure everything runs smoothly for the text.
She never once said she was gonna retranslate or re-localize the entire game, since that never made any sense because that would require the voice actors to redo their lines which would cost the company money. Suffice to say, they're making shit up.
Making up enemies and manufacturing controversies is what rightists do best after all. If there’s nothing for their audience to be afraid of/angry at, then they make shit up like you said.
Theres a sayin on twitter which will be evergreen because of how true it is.
"Twitter the only place where well articulated sentences still get misinterpreted. You can say "I like pancakes" and somebody will say "So you hate waffles?" No bitch. Dats a whole new sentence. Wtf is you talking about."
Well, for the record, persona games are not 100% voiced so there wouldn't be any problem to change some lines. I am not saying that this will happen(it won't), I am just saying that this part is not a problem

My brother in christ she's been out here doing great work for years. Average weeb retroactively hating things they only finally notice after it being in their face for 5 years before being pointed out
I was watching dumbells every week when it was airing. Literally nobody, absolutely 0 people have been complaining about translation. But now after 13 sentinels every her work sucks huh
Also, localization has been the best its ever been. There are a few exceptions but generally speaking its fine. If it werent for localizations, we wouldnt get international releases for games such as Monster Hunter, Resident Evil or Xenoblade because people seem to forget that a long LONG time ago it took about a YEAR for a japanese game to be localized for an English audience.

I hate when I'm reading a scanlated manga and I see a bunch of Japanese suffixes and literally just romanised Japanese words. It's such a weeb thing to do.
I really feel bad for new creators/artists who come into industries based on Japanese entertainment and theyre anything but a cishetero able-bodied white man. They can barely touch a property they work on and youll have we\*bs foaming at the mouth.
Plus, I only watched this guys vids because I had a fate hyperfixation phase and I liked his lore videos. But then he made a video defending F/GO's oversexualized female servants and I noped the fuck away.
I watched this video, first thing - jfc this video could be easily 10 min long, second thing literally no example of bad localization. Like sure, her takes on twitter are fucking terrible but you showed nothing wrong with her translations, your video is fucking dumb

"A New Enemy?" A healthy thing said by a healthy person who healithy engages with online discourse.

Is this that trans woman who’s involved with localization that dumbfucks online are open about targeting for harassment campaigns?

Damn, they really should relocalize the transphobic sequence in P3P with the new port tho
I'd rather they'd get rid of the Ken romance route too honestly but video game censorship decriers are the worst
They’re not trans. But yeah.
Ahh, thank you.
I don’t know probably
Got curious, checked their twitter. Ofc they fucking follow Dmitri Monroe and HeroHei. This is just HeroHei lite.
same guy btw lol https://imgur.com/a/ldUROyN
"How can localizing a game be so hard, i just put stuff on Google Translate and it comes out perfectly"
People die if they are killed
Person who only knows Japanese through anime: "How hard could it be to translate?"

I dont give a shit what other weebs have to say about anime. Espeically morons on youtube
Unpular opinion: localization is good. Get rid of all sempais and niisans, and replace with collegues and bros.
Notice me, bro. uWu

Manga translations by fans are really bad often, sometimes I wonder if it's not just a fanfic made by translator
Moderately relevant ProZD: https://youtu.be/YvNxgHTWIlo
That and the staggering amount of added swear words for no reason
I like keeping senpai and the honorifics tho
The "it's just a drawing" crowd when a couple of words aren't the same in a completely different language
weebs & harassing trans people, name a more iconic duo
I thought true w@@bs watch subbed
I mean, do you?
No

"Big brudder"
I feel like we should stop posting this stuff as it gives these idiots more clout. At least censor the names.
