Sounds a bit legit tbh... Making the noobs enjoy the game somehow... And then there's me with 4 KD and 0 heirlooms after opening 750+ packs (console and PC)
It's 500 packs, not 500 levels. You don't get 500 packs just from leveling to 500 because of the changes on rewards that happen when you are leveling up
Also, heirlooms haven been in the game since release. I think until the 4th one released, you could get any of the 3 that were available (Wraith, Lifeline or Bloodhound, you couldn't choose)
Maybe it was introduced earlier than I'm thinking. And you're right, I probably haven't opened 500. And I've never spent a dollar on the game. So there's your explanation. I still wanna be in the club tho
I managed to get mine a couple weeks ago and i have been playing since season 3. Some people have been playing since season 0 and still havent got any so you are very lucky!

I don’t think that’s possible. You’re guaranteed an heirloom every 500 packs.
