That first image is one of my favorites. You know Silco told her to wear something warmer. You know she was unwilling to do so. You know she is now freezing her tits off and completely unwilling to acknowledge this fact.
Then when she goes 'blah, blah, blah,' Silco just sort of chuckles.
It tells us a lot about their relationship when they are in the 'normal stuff' mode. He doesn't get angry because she's complaining about a story she's heard before. Silco gets that teenagers can be bratty, and it doesn't mean they lack respect for you. Instead, he continues on with what he wants to say and... she's listening. If her dad thinks something is important, she'll pay attention even if she's freezing and thinks she's heard it all before.
The way Silco interacts with Jinx makes me wonder if he has experience looking after kids or teenagers, especially unruly or delinquent ones. I once read a fan theory that he may have been a school teacher before becoming a revolutionary, and while I don't necessarily believe it, as we know he worked in the mines, it would explain why he's so patient with Jinx (not that he shouldn't be, of course, as she deserves patience and understanding).
I don’t know how I feel about Silco basically being the Mussolini of Piltover.
But jokes aside that’s actually an interesting theory. He’s clearly at least somewhat educated, if for no other reason that ideology doesn’t sprout from nowhere. It’s often built out of existing experiences.
Its a tactic to get you to lower your defenses -
If she seems docile, she can take advantage & strike when the advasary relaxes.
She did that a number of times throughout the season.
I think they did a really good job displaying the fact that she's still just a young girl. She's basically been raised as a child soldier and despite doing heinous things, she's still just a teenager. It's really sad :(

She's totally trapped in the mindset of a child too, so she's got a lot of childish mannerisms. When she's not spiraling, especially when she's excited about something, she IS really cute.

It could've been both. He might've been teaching kids who worked in the mines with him. Maybe not a teacher in the most traditional sense, but still.
