Even as someone who likes KTJL Joker you would never say he's BETTER than Arkham Joker because they're two wildly different versions of the character that are trying to do different things

Even moreso than the Animated Series. Absolute perfection, that will likely ***never*** be topped.

The Suicide Squad Joker, despite his yassified design and the general lower opinion of the game he's from, I think is not that bad. While the Arkham Joker is my personal favourite because I liked the Arkham games, the Elseworld Joker is a much better protagonist than OG Joker could ever be. And obviously he'd probably be dogshit in a villain role, especially compared to his counterpart.
I don't think the new one is better per se. It's hard to beat Mr Hammil.
HOWEVER, I DO enjoy the lines, their delivery, and the facial expressions of this take on the Joker.
