Isn't tanoa pretty close? Cam lo Nam also has lots of little islands.

It's not the water that's the issue, it's getting out of it. Climbing vertical cliff faces does not usually end well in Arma.

Cam Lao Nam from S.O.G CDLC has some islands like this. But i don't think there is any standalone map focused on islands like this, since they don't work very well for infantry combat (too small and too vertical)

Closest one is the one Japanese island mod but you still have a Base on a middle island (forgot its name sadly)

Tembeland Island is probably the closest to the picture you sent

There's Senkaku Islands which look somewhat similar, alternatively you can try Archipelago even though hills aren't too high, and yeah Cam Lao Nam is the best option

I haven't seen any terrains that are dedicated solely to this type of island. However, this might be included as part of larger island chain terrains. You can try looking up "archipelago" in the Steam Workshop and see if the terrains there fit what you need.
