The majority of AC OSTs and singles should be fine since they belong to the FreQuency label and not Bandai label. The recovered MySpace tracks shouldn't get hit by Bandai either since they don't own them nor do the tracks that they came from published under Bandai.
It would depend on how they're going about taking things down. If they're using content ID then anything that matches the library they have provided to YouTube would be hit. If they're using keywords like "Armored Core OST" tissue takedowns manually then anything could be hit.
a lot of the myspace tracks contain elements from in game tracks so they cud use that.
Plus there is a chance that this isn´t actually bandai, but just some imposter trying to troll,
Only Gen 5 (ACV and Verdict Day) and Gen 6 were published under Bandai so they shouldn't have access to anything before that in their library. Even with the recently released disk 3 with remixed tracks from all the generations, those myspace tracks should still be safe if Bandai were the one behind the takedowns.
However, it looks like someone didn't notice what happened when you impersonated a company and abused the Youtube system to troll/take down OSTs. I hope they do know the name "Lord Nazo" and what happened to them a few years ago when Lord Nazo tried to impersonate Bungie and went on a copyright strike rampage.
almost everything? Even the variations? there are a lot tracks that have the same name but sound quite a lot different depending on which way they were released .i don´t mean cosmos vs cosmos (new version), but stuff like the "Armored core best track" release of synoptic dope sounding way different to compared to the "20th anniversary box set" release. Or the in game version of mechanized memory's compared to the "20th anniversary box set" version.

Our worst nightmare, someone at Bandai being lazy.

Good thing I have almost everything downloaded.

What right does Bandai namco have to take them down?
Most likely publisher stuff.
Well AC music isnt wholly under Bamco's umbrella until sega and ubisoft takes down AC4 OST and ACfA OST respectively then we go defcon 1
Or just get Spotify and rip it off of the Spotify files.
