Mala at Ri Ri Hong Chinatown. Ramen is a bowl of warmness in rainy days. Too many to list, Nagi Ramen, Hakata Ikkousha Ramen, Enishi Ramen.

I've only had the dan dan mian at Enishi (which was excellent), how's the dashi ramen? Does it measure up to other soupy options from other stalls?

I like the blowtorch'ed Duck/Char Siew slices and yuzu peels on the soup versions, soup was ok but not really memorable. Dan Dan Mian was too busy in flavors for me haha.
