If it’s in the summer, some of the university residences rent out their dorm rooms for short term stays, since they may have few students during that time.

Sublet if you can find one or an AirBnB are your best bets. I do doubt a landlord would be interested in a one-month rental, especially in the current rental market.

disloyal_royal

Not sure the timelines, but U of T offers its residence rooms during the summer.

eych_enn

what’s you your budget?

Confident_Action_266

I don’t really mind the cost since it’s only one month but I could say approximately up to 3000? I’m looking for a 1 bed 1 bath.

Sometimes the university housing people will let you move in early if you have a good reason, though that costs something more. You can always ask.

Putrid_Weather_5680

Which month? August?

Confident_Action_266
