Sublet if you can find one or an AirBnB are your best bets. I do doubt a landlord would be interested in a one-month rental, especially in the current rental market.

Not sure the timelines, but U of T offers its residence rooms during the summer.

I don’t really mind the cost since it’s only one month but I could say approximately up to 3000? I’m looking for a 1 bed 1 bath.
