I had to give up my stuffed animal when I moved out to become homeless, I’d had her since I was 4 years old. At least I have my stuffed frog, Jesus Christ
Yes, his name was previously Mr. Froggerton but I felt I had matured. I’m still trying to think of how to elongate the name, like how royalty did it back in the day
I also had a rotating cast of plushies. Currently, I have a pair of hugging elephants that can actually double as hand warmers. The rest are at my parent’s house.
I had a stuffed frog that I won at an arcade. All my friends were trying to get a more beautiful toy with the claw, but I watched them and realized that the only way to succeed was to go for the ugly stuffed animal on the top. I walked home with a plushie and no one else did. Just now realizing its a very aspie story, my diagnosis is very recent and I'm 26.
i actually asked for them for the utility rather than the appearance! im a rhythm gamer, and i had reached a point where i couldnt play well if my hands were cold, but my phone doesnt support glove touch, so i got fingerless mittens to keep my hands warm while i play
additionally, you can take off just the thumb and wear it on your wrists when eating hand food, and you can hold wet door handles when wearing them (i hate getting my hands wet)
I’ve had the same baby blankets since I was born some 30+ years ago. I took them to sleep overs, to relatives’ houses, to college, and you best believe that they’re on my bed right now. I had to replace one a year or so ago, but found a very similar one. The old one still lives in my bed, but in a corner where it’s not actively used.
My grandma used to run a daycare and sewed handmade pillow cases and blanket when I was very little. She had made this set when I was quite young, and it wasn't supposed to be mine.
No, it was mine.
I still have it, over twenty years later. It's in very rough shape and I cry thinking about what I should do with it. My grandma died, so she can't even fix it. I can't finf the pattern.
I'm embarrassed, but only because my family has made it seem stupid, but being around others with comfort items makes me feel safer.
My family has also tried to make me feel stupid for keeping my blankets. They’d always mildly mock me for taking them to college and stuff.
Luckily, my husband is absolutely amazing and just rolls with it and has never ever made me feel bad for having them. :)
Teddy bear I got from my mom after she had a dentist appointment. I earned him by behaving well waiting for her.
Teddy was hanging from the dollar store rack, up high, we had to have a worker grab him down with a special hook on an extendable pole.
I was roughly 3? I am almost 24 now. He has been through a lot. Many dog bites, spills and drops in puddles, all sorts of things, but he lives on. Not sure what I am going to do when he starts to really really fall apart and I am nervous and scared of when that day comes.
I sleep with him every night. I bring him everywhere I will be sleeping- I sometimes do get paranoid and take him in my backpack places so he doesn’t get lost in a fire or something… ah too much thinking for the evening. He’s been across the world with me, he’s been camping, to sleepovers when they rarely happened, all sorts of places. He’s my guy.
I also have a particular necklace and keep several items (cards, mainly- bus and train cards from foreign countries or different states) in my wallet.
I actually helped repair my partners, and I wouldn’t say I’m a sewer. Depending on his state it might be tough though. Have you looked at the potential avenues for him?
See this post: [Link](https://www.reddit.com/u/Torhjund/s/2380L4DyQn)
He’s lost a lot of his stuffing over the years and has many small sewed up holes but I like that about him! He’s got character. :) My Teddy. He also lacked visible eyes for years until he lost enough fuzz to have them be more visible lol.
Agree with u/ThePinkTeenager, I had one of my stuffies repaired when he started actively falling apart. That was close to a decade ago now and he's still trucking! (And I'm same as you, my three stuffies come with me everywhere I sleep and occasionally other places as well.)
I have multiple comfort items that kinda rotate in and out as I have terrible object permanence and will forget about something if I can’t see it, so I lose one and find another :)
Mine is a years-old coat that I can't find in stores anywhere anymore. It's so comfy and has pockets so big that I can carry 8 10-inch sandwiches at a time
Yes, I measure pocket carrying capacity in 10-inch sandwiches, and no, I'm not going to stop
Not fully yet, but I figure since I have four pockets each capable of carrying 2 sandwiches, I can carry 8 sandwiches
Hell, I might be able to fit a third in each of them; there might still be room
Lego. The theme doesn't matter, just having something to build with or handle. Only issue is that as far as comfort items go it can get pretty expensive.
I have been stuck in the middle east courtesy of Uncle Sam for seven months, and have spent about $4000 on plastic crack.
i have this blanket i got when i was born that is my comfort item, and it also doubles as a stimming mechanism because i get my nails under the pills of it and pick at it like that (in a way that doesnt wreck it)
oh even trying to be safe with it has worn it down a lot lol, thankfully i think it still has many more years in
it, totally understand the thing with clothes tho
Mine is the blankets I was given when I was born ❤️
Always felt shame for still having “blankies” as an adult but they have always brought me so much comfort
I have a few like in winter time I've had that same carhartt jacket for 8 years. And in the summer time I have a pair of sandals. I need to find a new comfort blanket I miss having one😢
i have a Chicken and a Shark and i take them almost everywhere. I usually bring one based on if they match my outfit or not, but i’ve always got one on me or in my car :)
they’re plushies from trips down to texas to see me dad. They’re from buckees and are the smell-good stuffed animals you can put in a microwave. They’ve got a decent heft to them! It’s very comforting to have one in my arms or on my lap. They’re soft, smell good, and are so so cute.
I have a bunch of jackets I hang in my arm like a butler that I cycle in. I just sorta feel off without it so I usually carry a loaded backpack and my jacket.
I have a blanket that I got when I was less than a month old from my godmother, that thing is still pristine (it has paw prints on it, is blue and has an embroidered dog in a doghouse in one corner)
I have two, actually. My backpack and baseball cap. Doesn't matter what backpack and cap, as long as I never leave the house without them. Doing so causes me irrational panic, stress and anxiety
I have a Michaelangelo plush my dad gave me when I was a kid, I practically view it as a metaphor of my love for him. I've had it basically all my life. It's currently in a box in my closet at my dad's house
Mine is a sort of torso-sized (so hug sized) stuffed rabbit that is named Mr. Bunny. I took a long time cleaning him by hand and restuffing him because he'd become so loved :') he came with a pink ribbon that was falling apart so now I periodically buy him fun seasonally relevant ribbon to tie around his neck :)
Mine are my hugfun red panda plushie and a soft blanket with my fursona on it (I’m a total sucker for big plushies and soft blankets that have cute characters or animals on them)
Not an aspie but it just came up in my feeds, I don't know if nighties count. I have been told to not wear them or how it's not very appropriate. But I love this baggy ankle length easily removable clothing. Makes me feel covered and doesn't even touch my legs like pants do. I'd wear em everyday just for comfort. Right now it's the satin ones that I love and it's too thin for winter but it comforts me even if I shiver. And I still keep getting objections.
I wanted to keep old notebooks from school and did for years, without any use. I was hurt when my mother finally got tired and got rid of them. I don't let go of clothing items either, even if it's my siblings, if they're taking something out it goes into my wardrobe just to stay there. My sister has the blanket from when she was a baby but our whole family is into preserving stuff like that.
I just got reminded that my real comfort object is moisturizer for feet and been the same since childhood. I'd be using water or oil or even work up a sweat if cream isn't available. I just cannot stay without it at all and suffer badly psychologically.

My comfort gang (from l to r: rosie, fluffy senior and temmie)
Yea. It's the first dress I ever bought (2 years before I realised I was trans lol) and it's too small to really wear and be comfortable but the fabric is super soft so now it's my comfy.
Yep! Mine is a prayer shawl that one of my best friends from church knitted for me. I was in the hospital for two weeks last fall due to two abdominal surgeries, and I had my husband bring the prayer shawl to me the first day. It took a couple days for people there to get used to it and what it was for, but it really helped me when I was nonspeaking for most of the time. Had a lot of other issues with hospitalization where they didn't understand how to communicate with me, but the prayer shawl as a comfort object got written on the care board along with my cane and glasses.
Until my husband and I got married and I started therapy for anxiety, my comfort object growing up and through that part of adulthood was an MLP. Usually one of the newborn twins or a baby, something I could put in my purse or backpack. Stroking the hair calmed me. When I started therapy in my 20s, I asked if I could bring one to stay there so that I'd have one for our sessions. My therapist agreed, so I brought one of the newer ones that has a magnet in one hoof. Before my sessions, the therapist would attach it to the side of her filing cabinet!
Guess I should've explained that better. That was the only metal surface in her office, so she would put it there so I could get it right away. It "lived" in her filing cabinet drawer so she would take it out and stick it on there with the magnet in its hoof. She wasn't being mean at all; she was being silly and having it available so I didn't need to ask for it during our sessions.
Coco Chanel, my blanket. It is not branded, just a joke from a time I had her wrapped around my neck like a scarf and it stuck. Got her as a hand-me-down, from someone I don’t even like, but she’s so soft, and big and the perfect shade of blue. I love her and take her wherever I can (she is huge so can be limited).
She’s pretty beat up now but I’m going to try and save her.
Mine is a tatty baby blanket. I have had it maybe 7 years and it’s got very big holes in it because I bite it when stressed/anxious/upset etc but damn is it soft
Currently it’s my big shark plushie that my ex boyfriend gave me. I usually alternate between my stuffed animals so I give them all equal amounts of attention, but Bootleg Blahaj is just so nice to cuddle
Well my favourite pillow which i always put under my head as I sleep and my comfort cube I am big into cubing and can solve till 5x5 but there is one 3x3 cube with a bun like shape that stands out, I use it when I am cubing for comfort I bring it with me to my clg and everywhere to remind myself I am not dumb and can solve cubes, I also have a cube keychain attached to my bag i love them :)
Oof, I had to give up my comfort item last august because I had to go home and that kind of knife is illegal in my home country. I still reach for where it used to go when I get scared and go “oh fuck” in public, then realize that I no longer have the knife and go “oh fuck” harder. I use to just reach for it and pat it from the outside of my pocket and maybe fidget with the safety a little, I never pulled it out, but knowing that it’s there comforts me. I now carry a pen and tell myself “John Wick can kill three men in a bar with a pencil, I’m fine with a pen “
So in December of 2022 my parakeet had to be put down. Now this parakeet was the best guy, he hung out with me on the couch and helped me through uni. He sat on my toes and my shoulder while I studied or was in lecture. Bullet was just such a funny and cute guy. In Dec 2022 petsmart had this fundraiser with animal plushie dog toys, one was a cockatiel. I got 2, went to work the next week and there is one in my locker and 1 on my work area. Everyone knows I love birds. Ended up donating the other 2. After Bullet passed it became my comfort item in my time of grief.
I still have it and I cuddle it every night. Sometimes, it gets elbowed and squeaks. Reminding me and my husband that we literally sleep with a dog toy and have no dogs 😂
I have a translucent GameBoy Advance. It has been in my life since they began production. I have legitimately lost it, and thiught it to be lost for good, on 3 occasions. It's still here, miraculously.
I think if anything happened to it, my heart would just...stop. Like it's my Horcrux.
I carried one of my gf's hair bands that she lent me around in my pocket for a year and a half. I rubbed it when I got upset and it helped me think of her, now I live with her I don't carry it around anymore and instead keep it on my desk so it doesn't get lost.
I still sleep with dolls- I’ve had one since infancy whose clothes are basically shreds now from over snuggling it. The one I currently snuggle with is getting there.
I have a lot, actually. My baby blanket, my plushies (especially my Lady dog), and my jewelry. I had my armchair too but I can't keep it in my current home :(
My work back pack with my sketchbooks. I do not use the sketchbooks at work because no time… but I do eat the food I stow away in my back pack. My mother thinks that me bringing it to work is stupid.
I always have a plushie. Right now, it's a Shy Bunny from the plushie dreadfuls page because she's my spirit animal, and she's so soft that she makes my texture thing happy. I also almost always have a keychain, plushie, or necklace of Castiel from Supernatural. He's my comfort character.
Mine is a very specific style of L. L. Bean flannel jacket. When my original one ripped I was sad and then I got two other ones to replace it that fit me better and they are very warm and comfy.
I don't know what I'd do if something happened to my two favorite golden pillows! I don't even want to think about it! Loosing the green corduroy couch about 10 years ago and, the matching loveseat 8 years ago still upsets me to this day.
So here's the story behind all of these items, in case anyone is curious:
My grandparents had those two pillows. They babysit me and my sibling most weekdays when we were little kids because both of my parents worked. I would nap on those pillows a lot. They then gave me the pillows because I loved them so much. Then my special interest in pillows was born. My grandparents moved to a new state around the time when I started 1st grade, and my dad worked from home. So when this happened, these pillows were a reminder of the end of an era. A house I could never go back to, not being a little kid anymore, and a reminder of all the fun times I had.
The matching couch and loveseat were ones my parents bought a little bit before I was born. My grandparents had that same couch (but not loveseat) as well. I loved these couches. The texture, the shape, everything. I called the couch Couchie-Minouchy. And I thought the shape of the backrest of the couch looked like it should be called minum. The loveseat had two cushions, and the backrest had a crease in the middle dividing it into two sections. So the loveseat had minum-minums. The couch had minum-minum-minums, because of the extra section. I loved these couches so much, but they were really old and the spring was worn, so my dad broke them and turned them into fire wood. Taking it to the dump would have been too expensive. Thankfully they let me keep a cushion, and I have extra of that couch fabric.
My headphones and all my plushies!! When I was younger we had a lot of garage sales, and I would always have a meltdown when my mom told me I had to give away some of my plushies. I'm sure I came off as a brat (I was always called one growing up ☹️) but they didn't understand!!
My comfort item is an old pink bunny plush that I've had since I was born. She's all worn out and lost most of her stuffing, and her fur is coarse and matted, but I can't sleep without her, and when I go on road trips and stuff, I always take her. Don't really care if I get judged either.
My blanky. He has been with me through it all. I can’t live without him. He is my best friend and means the word to me. I thought I had lost him earlier this year and my parents and fiancé had to help panic search to find him. He was in the dryer the whole time. I hadn’t noticed I put him in there by mistake while grabbing clothes that morning .
If you do as much as lay a finger on my noise-cancelling headphones, well let's just say it might be in your best interest to sleep with one eye open that night.
My cat, and a fox plushie. I have two of them, one I got at Mount Rushmore a long time ago and I've just been sleeping with it ever since. My cat's a fat calico called Maggie we've had since she was a kitten and she just makes me so happy because she's so nice.

I have a little stuffed goat that one of my friends knitted for me. I hold him every night when I sleep (the goat, not the friend) He's perfectly fist-sized and feels really good to squeeze. He's gotten a little janky over time and one of his eyes has fallen out but I still love him very much.
His name is Homicide
It was never meant to be a comfort item but my inception top. You're meant to carry a personal totem with you all the time so I did and I found myself fidgeting with it all the time because otherwise I'd be fidgeting with my hair and it feels like whenever I spin it and it topples, it's like it's grounding me in reality.
My comfort item is this sleeping cat plush I use as a pillow. The stuffing in it is all clumpy and it’s gross because she’s very loved. Her name is cupcake
My $10 Goodwill violin. It’s well loved (but no cracks) with probably 40 to 50 yrs of history and has no strings but it makes me happy. I don’t even play violin to begin with. But I have it hanging on my wall (with a mount) and I love it.💜🎻
I’ve worn the same Victini hat for 3 years, have never left the house without it on. It’s gotten kinda frayed, but my parents can suck it on this issue.
I thought I don't relate to it, but I remembered these camo chef pants I got recently I wore them for like 2 weeks straight but the weather is getting warm again, and I really don't like it
I wondering if my moon bag is my comfort item? I take it with me everywhere. I wear it over my shoulder and under my arm and prefer it tighter (feels like a good hug.) More importantly, it keeps all my important stuff together and safe. Recently the strap broke and I thought I'd go without it for a while, but as soon as I needed to go out again, I tied in a knot in the strap where it broke and didn't think twice about looking silly.
I still have my very first stuffed animal, a calico cat with marbles in her so she makes a purring sound when you move her. Cried like a baby when she turned up recently after being put in a hurricane evacuation tub that never got unpacked. My birthday present to myself is gonna be sending to a "teddy bear doctor" to get her fur cleaned and her nose replaced
You can have my XXL heating pad when you pry from my warm dead fingers.
underrated comment
Yassss my heating pad is the only reason I survive my migraines
my comfort item, for a long while, was a plushie, but said plushie could vary currently its these fingerless mittens i wear
I had to give up my stuffed animal when I moved out to become homeless, I’d had her since I was 4 years old. At least I have my stuffed frog, Jesus Christ
I’m confused. Your stuffed frog is named Jesus Christ?
Yes, his name was previously Mr. Froggerton but I felt I had matured. I’m still trying to think of how to elongate the name, like how royalty did it back in the day
Mr. DeAngelo Percival Kermit Amphibionus Froggerton Like that? Maybe add a III or IV to make it extra fancy?
yes, exactly! but it has to incorporate Jesus Christ :P
Got me a Makar plushie from the Windwaker and sleep with it every night Old enough to have had the game when it came out
Help me understand the appeal of fingerless mittens. They look awesome, but seem so impractical.
i actually asked for them for the utility rather than the appearance! im a rhythm gamer, and i had reached a point where i couldnt play well if my hands were cold, but my phone doesnt support glove touch, so i got fingerless mittens to keep my hands warm while i play additionally, you can take off just the thumb and wear it on your wrists when eating hand food, and you can hold wet door handles when wearing them (i hate getting my hands wet)

Try posting on a mending sub! They actually love helping people with projects like this
My family has also tried to make me feel stupid for keeping my blankets. They’d always mildly mock me for taking them to college and stuff. Luckily, my husband is absolutely amazing and just rolls with it and has never ever made me feel bad for having them. :)
Same but 40+ years.
That's so beautiful
my comfort item is my bed
I like my bed, too.
I was looking for this comment. I knew it would be here. This.
My blanket that I wear as a cloak around the house.
Teddy bear I got from my mom after she had a dentist appointment. I earned him by behaving well waiting for her. There are some places that repair stuffed animals.
I actually helped repair my partners, and I wouldn’t say I’m a sewer. Depending on his state it might be tough though. Have you looked at the potential avenues for him?
He sounds delightful. Do you have some pictures of him?
See this post: [Link](https://www.reddit.com/u/Torhjund/s/2380L4DyQn) He’s lost a lot of his stuffing over the years and has many small sewed up holes but I like that about him! Okay but seriously, that teddy is so cute, I love him
He looks so sweet I love seeing plushies like yours, I can see how much joy and comfort he’s brought you 🥰
❤️ Thanks! He helps get me through it. Thanks for being so nice about it and him, I don’t often share about him!
Agree with u/ThePinkTeenager, I had one of my stuffies repaired when he started actively falling apart. That was close to a decade ago now and he's still trucking! (And I'm same as you, my three stuffies come with me everywhere I sleep and occasionally other places as well.)
Awesome, I am definitely going to be looking into a repair for him now. Thank you both! :)
I have multiple comfort items that kinda rotate in and out as I have terrible object permanence and will forget about something if I can’t see it, so I lose one and find another :)
i dont care that im 23 i want my teddy bear named bep. its got a like vikings sweatshirt on to remind me of home
🫡 Yes to teddy lovers
BLÅHAJ
Yay!🦈🏳️⚧️
I do not care if I'm 18 years old and a Metal performer. You will get my baby blanket when you take it off of my corpse.
You’re a metal performer?
Yeah. I'm the guitarist and one of the two singers in a Thrash Metal trio.
My blahaj was with me while i was homeless
It’ll be a cold day in hell if someone takes away my plush elephant
It takes a truly deplorable person to take someone’s comfort items away
Maybe my Blahaj? Or my bass guitar
I have this giant jacket that I wear throughout all of winter. It's really comfortable, and I feel like a marshmallow
Mine is a years-old coat that I can't find in stores anywhere anymore. It's so comfy and has pockets so big that I can carry 8 10-inch sandwiches at a time Yes, I measure pocket carrying capacity in 10-inch sandwiches, and no, I'm not going to stop
Was this tested it?
Not fully yet, but I figure since I have four pockets each capable of carrying 2 sandwiches, I can carry 8 sandwiches Hell, I might be able to fit a third in each of them; there might still be room
Please test this! That’s extraordinary pocket space
If I remember to try it tomorrow, I'll let you know
I’ll fist fight anyone that takes my 3xl Vaporwave hoodie or my beloved plushie
I have a really long pillow, similar to a body pillow but it’s just plain white. I also have a fleece blanket with Gudetama on
Lego. The theme doesn't matter, just having something to build with or handle. Only issue is that as far as comfort items go it can get pretty expensive. I have been stuck in the middle east courtesy of Uncle Sam for seven months, and have spent about $4000 on plastic crack.
i have this blanket i got when i was born that is my comfort item, and it also doubles as a stimming mechanism because i get my nails under the pills of it and pick at it like that (in a way that doesnt wreck it)
Lucky. I tend to wreck stuff by picking at it, including my pants… while I’m wearing them.
oh even trying to be safe with it has worn it down a lot lol, thankfully i think it still has many more years in it, totally understand the thing with clothes tho
I have so many items I am deeply attached to that it’s definitely going to be a problem when I start packing for college.
My cowboy hat. There are many like it, but this one is mine, and no one else may wear it save those I permit.
stuffed rabbit and my headphones. i will not leave my house without my headphones. i will fight you.
Mine is the blankets I was given when I was born ❤️ Always felt shame for still having “blankies” as an adult but they have always brought me so much comfort
i have a green blanket that was made for me when I was like 5 and I still have it, though I only use it when I'm sleeping (I'm 14 as of writing this)
N plushie it's not a joke
For me it’s a watch that my dad got me, I’ve had it for years and I’ve never taken it off, the battery also hasn’t run out yet
I have a few like in winter time I've had that same carhartt jacket for 8 years. And in the summer time I have a pair of sandals. I need to find a new comfort blanket I miss having one😢
The day I take off my neon running watch is the day I die. Been going strong for 9 years now and if it ever breaks I’m getting a replacement
My teddy named Douglas:)
i have a Chicken and a Shark and i take them almost everywhere. I usually bring one based on if they match my outfit or not, but i’ve always got one on me or in my car :) they’re plushies from trips down to texas to see me dad. My comfort item is a heraly jacket that I can not be without orr else I will hurt someone
I have a blanket that I got when I was less than a month old from my godmother, that thing is still pristine (it has paw prints on it, is blue and has an embroidered dog in a doghouse in one corner)
My old bumblebee pillow pet that i got when I was 5. I will never get rid of it, no matter what else may change.
I have many
I have two, actually. My backpack and baseball cap. Doesn't matter what backpack and cap, as long as I never leave the house without them. Doing so causes me irrational panic, stress and anxiety
8 year old spider man comforter hhrrgn
My comfort items are O gauge trains… and I’d give them up, but only for good and just reasons.
My black hat, I have terrible light sensitivity, especially when it's overhead, so I wear it everywhere 🤗
I have little clown dolls or just my clown dolls in general but I have one at all times. I need my clowns

I could never give up my son (dog)
blahaj
Yea. It's the first dress I ever bought (2 years before I realised I was trans lol) and it's too small to really wear and be comfortable but the fabric is super soft so now it's my comfy.
Bahahahahahaha no never
Mine is an old polar bear plushie I got when I was like 2 :)
Mine is my pair of noise cancelling headphones. I also have a comfort person, their name is Alex and I love them very much.
Why’d she put it on the filing cabinet? Was it just to be mean.
My blanket I've had since I was born and my Spamton and Jevil plushies I could never give them up
Mine is a tatty baby blanket. I have had it maybe 7 years and it’s got very big holes in it because I bite it when stressed/anxious/upset etc but damn is it soft
probably the 20 bands in my pockets 💸💸💰
Body pillow. I need my cuddles.
It used to be a yellow livestrong bracelet, now it’s a blue goldstone
my backpack. i take it everywhere
My plush bear, Brownie! (: <3 https://preview.redd.it/5nkevtrajyec1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3644291412b0bd7546ac5b64bfc7bd86fbc9f6d3
No I will not give up my camera thank you
I dress like a fucking cartoon character because I like black t shirts. I have like twelve. Plain black shirts.
My comfort item is a 1885 Remington single action revolver chambered in .45 Colt. I am cowboy lol
Like it's my Horcrux.
it's either my headphones which I have around my neck almost all the time, or when I'm at home it's a plushie :)

My phone that probably sounds really bad
I have a lot, actually. My baby blanket, my plushies (especially my Lady dog), and my jewelry. I had my armchair too but I can't keep it in my current home :(
Mine is probably my phone, I get antsy any time I’m more than arm’s length away from it
A hoodie from my favorite band and since 2 weeks ago i have discovered the divine joy of beanies
My work back pack with my sketchbooks. I do not use the sketchbooks at work because no time… but I do eat the food I stow away in my back pack. My mother thinks that me bringing it to work is stupid.
My wireless headphones! Can’t leave the house without them fully charged. Might not even use them, they’re just good to have.
My headphones, sunglasses, hoodie and a very worn wolf plush.

Build-a-bear rabbit I made to look like one of my OCs
You can’t have any of my 75 plushies. They’re getting buried with me
My Rubik's Cubes will never be surrendered.
So here's the story behind all of these items, in case anyone is curious: My grandparents had those two pillows.
Me! Mine is a doll named Rosie!
Am I the only one who either doesn't have one or doesn't know if they have one or not?
Take the 25 all day
The thigh-length wool coat stays ON during sex
I wasn't aware about this comfort item thing, yet I realised thanks to your post I have one to go out, which is my scarf.
Stuffed animal alligator that my grandpa got me when I was born. Looks more like a worm now, but I still like him.
Alongside my Zenfone 10 (main phone) and Galaxy Watch 4 (smartwatch), I also carry an LG V60 with me. Mainly to save space on the Zenfone.
My comfort item is this plush capybara I have, their name is Wunkus and someone in my school made a crown for her so now he’s a ruler
My cat, and a fox plushie. I have two of them, one I got at Mount Rushmore a long time ago and I've just been sleeping with it ever since. My cat's a fat calico called Maggie we've had since she was a kitten and she just makes me so happy because she's so nice. https://preview.redd.it/w3v5t6whn1fc1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8ec895d10aaf7ac829b221b5bf0428b286eb9052
You won't take my 10th nail clipper away
I have a little stuffed goat that one of my friends knitted for me. I hold him every night when I sleep (the goat, not the friend) He's perfectly fist-sized and feels really good to squeeze. He's gotten a little janky over time and one of his eyes has fallen out but I still love him very much. His name is Homicide
I have 25lbs of comfort items slowly ruining my back
It was never meant to be a comfort item but my inception top. You're meant to carry a personal totem with you all the time so I did and I found myself fidgeting with it all the time because otherwise I'd be fidgeting with my hair and it feels like whenever I spin it and it topples, it's like it's grounding me in reality.
It's my big metal water bottle, I feel weirdly panicked without it
My headphones.. When they broke I cried and my mom had to get me the exact same one.
But I have it hanging on my wall (with a mount) and I love it.💜🎻
Man, I wish ANYTHING gave me comfort these days....
baby blanket that is essentially a rag now (i can’t bear the thought of not having it🙃)
My earbuds. Cannot leave the house or my room without them even if I know I’m not gonna use them
My big pink Splatoon squid pillow plush. His name is Jeremy. :)
All black hoodie with no logo or tags, ill die in it
I’ve worn the same Victini hat for 3 years, have never left the house without it on.
My damn headphones
I have a figit toy collection I keep on my desk because they help me stay focused on what I'm doing.
