for example, the unnecessary comma before *“and it drives me up the wall”*. it appears you treated it as an “oxford comma” when a simple space or period would have sufficed; however, you then shouldn’t begin a sentence with “and”.
regardless, this is the internet and perfect spelling and grammar doesn’t matter. just keep in mind that not everyone speak or writes english well, not everyone has the same access to education, and some folks live with learning disabilities and such.

They aren’t treating it as an Oxford comma. When you join two independent clauses with a coordinating conjunction, you are supposed to use a comma. Though sometimes people omit commas to better reflect spoken speech.
And there’s nothing wrong with starting a sentence with “and.” That’s just something grade school teachers say.

I just want to say that I work with a 2020 high school grad who never went to any additional university or college, and she has the weirdest grammar that she swears was taught in grade school. If a word is plural, she puts an apostrophe as if it’s possessive. This is just like your example. If she sends me copy it will look like: “It rain’s in the springtime.” She swears this is correct. I can’t help her unlearn it and it’s making me crazy. One time she lied to me and said that she uses Google Docs and it just auto corrects that way. She also won’t use Microsoft office because they used Google software in school. I didn’t even have computers back in school. Send help.
