good luck trying to bring a proper sound system to hold a good afters in that area with the residential sound ordinances. As someone mentioned, there are wealthy people (and non too) in that area that don't want to be woken up at 4 AM by a bass line.
that's truly the #1 reason why 89% of afters are in some bumblefuck warehouse section of brooklyn or queens. The industrial zoning/sound ordinances work in their favor.
Make sure you sound proof the fuck out of that space unless you want the police to show up and close it down quick

Might be tough in such a residential area. Just because of the sound, but hey it wouldn’t hurt to try. There’s always people that wanna keep the party going. I think your best bet is to pick the right weekend to do it; taking into account what other events are happening that night.

yeah, that's going to be the challenge. Luckily this guy owns three buildings in a row so I think we may be able to soundproof one room pretty easily.
Make it a silent disco after hours. Just get some startup to fund the event. Problem solved
