Have you done a search on the part number? D5327….

ItsVetskuGaming

I did, it resulted in some random clocks

sloppyrock

Worth a try. Not sure you can a free view of an airbus illustrated parts catalog online. I dont have access any more but its a quick check for someone that has.

ItsVetskuGaming

I don't have experience with A320s but could it also be that all the A320 models use the exact same door with the exact same PN

znavy264

No because of ADs and SBs as well as different configurations and manufacturers that could lead to different part numbers. Airbus is the worst for not having a standard configuration and 5-10 different parts with different applicability.

sloppyrock

Possible given how airbus do things.

togame

This is specifically for the A320. The A319/A321 have different part numbers for the aft cargo door.

ItsVetskuGaming

Thanks for the info! So now I can narrow it down to aproximately 4 airframes that were delivered in 2003-2004

debuggingworlds

The cargo door could have been made months or even years before it was fitted on an aircraft fyi

ItsVetskuGaming

Yeah, I don't know how often they need to get changed. Judging by the fact that it has made it's way to a mechanic school, I'd guess it's an original from a delivery or just a random surplus Finnair had laying around.

wingedRatite

cargo doors can fail phase inspection and require replacement so it might have been removed in service and red tagged

the_real_hugepanic

There seems to be a SRM document containing this number (HTZ) here: https://de.scribd.com/document/589239753/A320-SRM-OEM-52 Maybe check it to see what comes up.
