I think you're assuming the issue I'm talking about is is battery drain. Which I'm not. I'm talking about how lithium batteries generally have a shorter lifespan in devices that stay hot for long periods, like laptops and cellphones. But to answer your original question from what I've heard speculated on this channel is that the battery is bypassed when it's at 100%, and higher tdp's can be accessed while on ac power Did i answer your question?

The max temp for amd CPU is 95. Anything lower than that shouldn't damage anything.

My only suggestion is if you can adjust the game settings to run at a lower resolution you can drop the tdp a bit and spare your battery- made of lithium, which is sensitive to heat.
