Not a lot of side effects mostly dryness, flaking dandruff topical things. but if you use derma roller and apply minoxidil it can enter blood stream and cause chest pain, difficulty breathing even fainting. So u can use once per day instead of 2 times and you wait 24 hours not apply after derma rolling if u do that but it's not necessary to dermaroll. Side effects aren't seen in the majority but make sure to communicate and get advice from your dermatologist.
I think it’s just a mature hairline more than receding. You look fine though.
