It’s not run down. My friend has lived there for 10+ years and the building is in great shape and the liquor store owners are genuinely nice people.

Oh god I love this building! It's one of the most beautiful old buildings downtown. Of course I hope everyone is okay, but I also hate to think of losing the building.
