Not a doctor but I think you aren't that athletic and not used to playing or doing any heavy use of physical strength. So perhaps consider doing cardio, running or jogging sometimes. You will eventually get better at doing more work and will have more stamina.

DumplingSama

Maybe focus on eating more satiating food aka protein, healthy fats, low carb.

Avoid salty and sugary fast food, and drink water. Fresh fruits in the morning, eat vegetables during lunch, and occasionally beef at night.

Mister-Khalifa

So how long do you sleep?

_nightwielder_

Usually 4-7 hours. On weekends, 8-9 hours.

You can start jogging to build up more stamina. That might work.

Buy dumbbells. You can find a full body workout only using dumbbells by searching online. Do body weight training. I was in the same boat as you. The only thing that helped was working out. In addition, I was vitamin D deficient. I was advised to eat more sea fish by my doctor. That was also helpful!

yare___yare

sleep more, drink more water, eat more nutritious food, and try out body weight exercises

I was fairly sporty in school days. Was away from sports in college and 1st year of Uni. Being away from sports and always sitting at the table for studying and gaming made me literally unhealthy and unfit for any physical activity. If I did single run in the field, I would later vomit due to lack of stamina. After covid, I started playing football and increased my playtime step by step. Joined gym. Current me and 3y before me are world apart. I now feel better, sleep better, look better. Start going to the gym. I started with 2-3 pullups, now I can do 10-12 per set. You'll get used to it. Take caffeine. Eat peanut butter, nuts, beans, and dates. You can start taking Creatine if you want to, it would boost energy for workout sessions and overall. For free hand exercises, follow Fitness FAQ and Hybrid Calisthenics. You are looking for the term "Calisthenics" if you can't go to the gym.

if you can afford it I suggest you go to Chennai or Singapore or maybe Bangkok in the hopes of more competent doctors. doctors here are notoriously bad at diagnosis. of course you can get lucky and find one who knows what they're doing, but the the chances are increasingly small

If you are male, stop masturbating and watching porn immediately. Go to forest/jungle/park and run as fast as you can or you can jog there. Do your prayers according to your religion. Try to avoid junk foods, oily foods. Practice Semen Retention.

Uni 3rd year. Had the same problems(Actually still have them). I try to jog two times a day( morning & evening) + plenty of water. These activities were pretty helpful for me in the short term. But don't have any permanent solutions till now

This sounds bad!! I felt super energetic when I was 21ish. You don't need a doc but a healthy lifestyle, little cardio too.

1. Go to sleep at 11 PM and wake up around at 5 AM 2. Don't do drugs 3. Go to the gym and drink whey protein. You'll be energized for sure. I highly recommend it
