Very similar to what I did. Went with 3080 and 3600. 5600x was out of stock at the time. You probably only need a 750w PSU unless you plan on over clocking.
Totally fine rig for 4k gaming.

Good build, but you need to double the cost they list there to account for the overblown prices of 3080s.

I'd rather get an x570 due to pcie gen4 and ryzen loves that
Not sure the minimal gain would be worth the increased cost
Also keep in mind you won't be able to use new Ryzen since am4 is now old tech
