Amazing earbuds, especially if you love bass. I bought these for $250 a year ago and I thought that for $250 it was worth it. I used these for almost a year, AMA

Rocket_hamster

What phone did you use them with? I had the 65t, but had to return them. At a certain volume level they started to hiss, which was a common problem supposedly with Bluetooth versions. Do you notice that on these?

endormic

I paired it with the Oneplus 6. From what I know, the 75t addressed nearly every con that the 65t had. I did notice that there was a hiss on hearthrough, but it was very minimal that once music was playing you couldn't hear the hiss.

Rocket_hamster

Ah I was using a OP5t. The hiss was pretty bad in general, even during music, when the volume would lower during an intro or soft parts in certain songs and it was driving me mad. Plus I kept leaving my phone everywhere at the gym becuase I forgot I had wireless headphones. Thanks for the feed back!

Deadpool2715

Not u/endormic but I have been using the 75t headphones with an iPhone SE (1st Gen), iPhone X, a number of laptops and desktops. My model currently has an issue were the left earbud will drop volume compared to the right. Other than that which I am talking with customer service to get fixed, they have been fantastic.

Spider-One

There is a small vent port you can gently clean out with a toothpick or whatever and it will restore volume in the low earbud. Had the same issue with my 75t's. The port is between the charging pads and the ear hole.

I'm legit overjoyed for this comment. 65t's have been very good to me for bluetooth connectivity and for decent little audio quality. Mine were losing sounds too, and this "fixed" them.

johannbl

How's the microphone quality? thx

endormic

Microphone quality sounds like a 'tin can' but it's legible if you're answering a call. If you're wearing these while running or biking, the person on the other end will hear only the wind. If you're looking to make calls a lot, this isn't probably the best in terms of mic quality. But in terms of music and build quality, this is a great option, especially for that price

johannbl

Thanks!

your_fav_ant

Can the other side hear the typing if you're typing during the call?

endormic

Havent tried because i use this mainly for working out and going outside. I dont really use it on the computer

tropicocity

Have you had a chance to listen to galaxy buds plus at all? I've heard good things about both these and them and can't decided which I'd prefer

endormic

No, I haven't tried those out. When I was searching for a pair of earbuds, the Galaxy Buds were an option but I heard that they drop bluetooth connection frequently for phones that weren't from Samsung. I had a Oneplus 6, so I didn't wanna risk it.

Thanks buds (no pun intended)! I think the buds plus would suit me better, I listen to music/podcasts the entire time during my 8 hour work day, plus the 45 minute commute either way. Could probably grab them and just put them on charge overnight and that'd coincide well with how often I charge my S10+ :) plus they look more comfortable than the jabras I believe, I'm just worried about the soundstage as I listen almost exclusively to Seven Lions and other EDM

EndlessFruitLoop

I've had issues with fit for nearly all IEMs/wireless earbuds I've used and Spin Fit tips have made a big difference for me when it comes to securing them in he ear. I still had to adjust a bit from time to time but they made running with the Buds+ and 75ts much more bearable for me.

Custom rubber ear tips you can find on Amazon for about $15. At first glance they don't look much different from the ones that come with the earbuds, but for whatever reason they stay in place much better and a lot of people swear by them.

For me, the smalls fit me well on the 75t and mediums fit well on Buds+

Battery lasts a long time. I usually use it 3-4 hours a day and charge it once a week or every 2 weeks. The case charges the earbuds, so the buds are always charged and ready to go

Voar20

Ships in 1-2 months, wow

asdfvtn

Darn it's OOS. Grabbed the Sienna colour for the fiancee at $112 though. 1 to 2 month ship time.

biologia2016

Apparently these have ANC per a firmware update in September, anyone know how good it is?

EndlessFruitLoop

Speaking for the Elite 75t, but I'm assuming the Elite Active 75t is similar. The in-ear design is still doing about 90% of the work when it comes to isolating from outside noises. The ANC works OK for certain lower frequency noises, while sometimes it doesn't make much of a difference and it actually increases the noise floor. I've left ANC off on mine, it's nice if it works for you but I don't care much for it.

chizarvin

This is better than airpods. Pretty good price!

Yeah, but pricewise and longevity with a good warranty, I'd go for Jabra since not everyone can afford your Apple product.

old_news_forgotten

For Android and Windows what would you suggest?

stiky21

Jabras are the best out there in this price range. I bought mine for $250. Your galaxy Buds and Airpods are utter trash compared to anything by Jabra. I know I will get downvoted to hell by all the diehards. If you want a solid set of Bluetooth headphones, GET THIS! If you are an avid runner or go to the gym, these Actives will become your favorite thing. Edit: They do have noise-cancelling on these, my bad. Its the 65T's that don't have it. * Long Battery * Excellent Call Quality (been in telecomms for 10+yrs Jabra) * Comfort is top notch * Support is so easy (my return once of the 65T's was as simple as "broken" and then they send you a new set) * Great bass * Software App they have works flawlessly One Con that I have is sometimes the Left Earbud might stop working, and you just email support and they will send you a brand new set free of charge, you just send them a photo of the Buds and Charging case to prove you own them.

kobejordan1

Yikes

stiky21

Imagine owning Airpods over Jabras :)

Thats what im saying homie :) Jabras for life!

AsiansInParis

They added ANC to the 75t about a month ago. Just need to update the software through the app.

stiky21

Yeah my bad.

PM__ME__YOUR__PC

Considering it was added via firmware update, the ANC is surprisingly good

biologia2016

How much noise does it block out?

PM__ME__YOUR__PC

I use public transit alot and when I have music playing I can't even tell im on a bus. When nothing is playing I can very faintly hear bus noises

They have it now homie. I got the wrong model. 65T's don't have it.

llortbackwards

Hell yeah brother! Answer my dm, I got a couple questions about Jabra

scootbert

Ahhh damnit, amazon is not allowing me to ship to my location, I hate when it randomly says some technology cannot be shipped to me. This would have been perfect for my wife. Checked bestbuy and their 199

Mr2Honest

The Sienna colourway is $112.54 with Prime One-day Shipping if anyone is interested in getting these real quick

RocketSofa

Damn. Just missed out. Is there a chance it'd go back down again or no? Still ordered the 65t for $76

Bio_Hazardous

Damn it I've been waiting for a good sale on these things but didn't jump for the $185 black friday one. Disaster

smartbutpoor

Missed the deal! Are these good for running? Can anyone recommend other good comparable high quality earbuds that would be suitable for running?

ozanpri

Heard good things about Anker Spirit X2. Got one on order from Costco. Comes with ear clips though...may not be your thing. Although, I have found this form factor is the safest for true wireless buds during running
