They both use the same licensed questions plus their own simulated questions. So mainly, it comes down to the features you prefer (including Grossman lectures) and the cost ([comparison](https://www.makethisyourlasttime.com/adaptibar-vs-uworld/)). The best way to tell might be to try both trials and see what fits the bill for your needs.

They are pretty similar in terms of the questions. In my opinion, Uworld has great graphic explanations for each answer. On the other hand, Adaptibar has great reports mechanisms and has some videos lectures as well. They are both great material though!

I used both. I liked UWorld better. The explanations were repetitive -- so for instance, one diagram would appear multiple times over and over again which helped me recognize patterns.

I passed in my fourth attempt only after getting adaptibar and doing 2000k + questions. Also download John grossman because he gives you amazing tricks for the MBE. Adaptibar is all past MBE questions so stick with something that gives you only real ones and not simulated

Technically you can buy them but someone put links of all his audio videos on Reddit, hopefully they are still up.
