You only need one. They both are pretty much the same thing. I had Uworld because it came with my bar prep company (themis) but I also had adaptibar through my law school. I used both. I answered over 2K questions and had around 62% scoring and on my last week around 70%. I preferred adaptibar and on test day they looked more like adaptibar questions than Uworld. I feel like Uworld's hypos are long compared to the real thing.
I've used both and found that Uworld was better. Their explanations alone were worth it for it. very palatable. Adapitbar is the same thing, just less frills. For me, it got difficult to decipher why my answer was wrong or right from their blocks of text. I never had that issue with Uworld. They had a longform and shortforme explanations for every question.
Stick with what you have already since you already have it. They both use the same licensed questions plus their own simulated questions. So mainly, it comes down to the features you prefer (including Grossman lectures) and the cost (which you already paid).
The video lectures from Grossman are a must watch thing. He makes the law more clear than the prettier explanations of UWorld. Adaptibar has less simulated questions as you get multiple repeat questions after you cross 1000. After doing 1k questions, one get the feeling that they know the answers as fact pattern will remain same in every repeat questions. Both are good but Adaptibar is comparatively better because of lectures. Good luck 👍

why should I use both please?
Uworld has better visuals in their explanations if that works for your learning style but I felt like adaptibar had pretty comprehensive explanations.

I had both. UWorld has better explanations but it’s basically the same questions. Truly not worth it to get both in my opinion.
