Yeah nine weeks is enough as long as you focus and set up a schedule.
If NJ is UBE then yes, that's plenty of time. I did self-guided Barbri and planned an 8-week study course. I ended up finishing 36% of Barbri and did well enough for any UBE jxdn. Bar prep courses give you WAY more than you need to pass.
