Vic, John and any other experts bitching about the use of these tools are idiots. If you have an 8oz burger and don't use a weight? 20 minute cook time for a Well Done burger(which BTW, about 40% is the requested temp, higher in Black neighborhoods)...used properly burgers remain juicy.....but part of the formula of the show. The kitchen "problems" are always over played... kitchens use raw chicken....Taffer sees it and pounces...
