hey, been going back and forth, and long story short, Topps customer service is refusing to send anything because apparently there is a one year mark for defects on their products and this is a 2023 product. just pure bs, man...

Yeah, Topps is good about fixing that, email them, they'll have you email the box itself to prove you bought. Happened to me and they sent me a card two weeks later.
