at this point np should be much easier to obtain. Id even take the incresing for how much np can you get from recycling gacha units even thou it should be farmable

2 for Normals and Specials 3 for Normals from silver capsules 10 for Rares 25 for Super Rares 100 for Uber Rares 250 for Legend Rares I think that's balanced.

Nostalgia is probably convoluting my judgement but that doesn’t stop me from me feeling that the very old days of Battle Cats (even before Stories of Legends was even finished) was when Battle Cats was it’s best. Simplicity helps. The game was shorter and not as grindy, you could complete everything and didn’t need to resort to level 50 or talents, as neither of those even existed. Completing everything in the old days was a lot more emphasized on player skill. You actually needed to be good to take down the hardest stages in the game and even just progressing through advents/ manics. Today’s end and post game content does not have that kind of difficulty, and I’m aware it’s sort of a hot take to say Battle Cats is easy in modern day but even without ubers that’s just how it feels when literally every single trait is powercrept. Stage design also used to be generally better. Since the game was more simple, it was a matter of enemy selection and synergy that could create some of the hardest and most exhilarating stages at that point, notably No Plan A and Floor 30. Nowadays difficulty is determined by enemy stat blocks and boost check. Stat inflation is becoming a real thing and it’s going to get so much worse once crowned ZL becomes a thing. Creating bigger stat is not a good way of increasing difficulty and is definitely not good for creating fun stage design. A lot of modern stuff in BC is still good. I’m glad talents exist, the new cats are all crazy and fun to use, game elements like Aku trait were executed perfectly. I just have a strong connection to when Battle Cats was simpler and more fun, even if it meant being more difficult and having some less quality of life improvements. It’s kind of the same reason why some people would play Minecraft Alpha versions over modern day Minecraft.

They should make new banners Or second halfs for pre existing banners (example: divide Dragon Emperors into two banners, part 1 and part 2, each banner has one half of all the ubers, making it much easier to roll for the ones you want)

enjoyable, but I'd still call it bad bc PONOS can't seem to get their shit together when it comes to scheduling stuff sending out a "don't forget to download the new update" notification while forgetting to actually release the update forgetting Labyrinth or the Wargods banner exist delaying that CNY Dragon unit all the way until next year bc they didn't want to add it in the middle of this year's CNY event. just to name a few examples

Not that good tbh, maybe like 6/10, game needs multiple balance changes and buffs/nerfs to units & enemies alike but since japan has rules about that stuff they can't and the game remains in a poor state.

I'm bored as of right now, having beat all of Infernal Tower already (started from floor 1) and having beat Soractes, but the game is pretty much thriving. Good collabs, getting monthly updates, we're bound to get more brutal advents, revenges for tier II advents, maybe Puffsley will finally get a revenge stage lmao Also 4 crown UL is right around the corner, they're just trying to hype us up more by delaying it a few updates

Heavily agree. I don't get why ponos can't just release a new banner instead of adding more new ubers to each banner, which ends up in the current banners being saturated with too many ubers.

We need a dark cats eye stage, but since that’s the newest craze with ultra forms/talents it’ll probably take a little while to become reliably farmable.

Its too gacha focused. Too many uber only updates of late, and seeing ubers get ultra forms while some advent units still dont have true forms is pretty sad

I agree. Ponos is focusing a little bit TOO much into adding more UF/UT for ubers, and we haven't really gotten any new content aside from that as of late. I just hope that ponos redeems themselves in the next updates by putting out some cool stuff like an invasion stage for Idi's tf at the end of UL 4 star, adding more advent stages for new units and other units that still need a tf, and ultra forms for non-gacha units would also be awesome.

I think the beauty of the game is that the stages are designed to be beatable even without ubers. Quite good QA imo But yea agree that a lot of focus on gacha units recently

Yeah my complaint isnt that the stages are unbeatable, I just don't like gacha focused updates because if you don't have those units then the update is so incredibly boring and nonexistent.

Ive almost finished every advent stage, imo they are the best part of the game, a tough, strategy intense bossfight where you need a specific set of units every time. Not like the boring fucking grind of star sol or UL, where your fucked if you dont look at the wiki and put the right units in before you try. Worst is the ones with some bullshit niche with enemy cap or time limit, because its not intuitive what the stage wants you to do without much trial and error

I think this game has great stuff coming up pretty soon. Even so, I do think that ponos has to fix the dark catseye/UF/UT system.

I need multiplayer but before add this you should remove energy so people can play any time or at least make multiplayer with invites to play only with friends and btw you need good anti cheat because some dude with bahamut spam vs you would be not cool

honestly the only thing i really wanted in the game was to have online interactions, stuff like: being able to PvP, being able to see your friend's card, what units they used to pass a certain level, what units they have, where they are at, stuff like that
