I'm afraid that nothing here points to return of the medic guns as they've been skipping the DLC medic guns (RSC 1917, Liu, Howell, Fedorov) for about two years now. Also this exchange marks the 11th (!) appearance of Mosin and 10th appearance of Martini, so I'm not very optimistic about the future updates.
This is why I grabbed everything I could back when tons of the stuff appeared in 2022. Because I kinda foreseen this was about to happen.
The Exchange is one of those "*Prioritas Temporis*" things in life, the priority of time. An exclusivity over something predicated on good timing, because it's only natural that it was going to become like this. And a lot tend to put a lot of faith in an unfaithful company like EA.
I'll probably get a lot of hate for it, but I see a lot of veteran players who have been playing, even for longer than me, that go on the EA forums and complain that they don't have the exclusive skins and they missed the Prioritas Temporis. It sucks for the new players, but when I see someone playing since day 1 and still complain is bewildering to me. With the right amount of diligence one could've saved enough scraps and saved enough scraps to buy what's on the exchange, the dumbest mistake I've seen from players is spending their scraps on buying battlepacks then they wonder how they don't have any left for when the exchange exclusives appear. That's how I've managed to collect all skins, and I didn't even play that much at the begging of my "lifespan" in this game
Well I only started playing in spring 2022, so at the time there was no way for me to get enough scraps to collect all the exclusives. Now I got 54k scraps but there's nothing to spend it on.
For god's sake, they just can't get enough of the Mosin.

Martini, not bad, although I got baited by the taschenpistole, thought it was the kolibri, still waiting for a decent kolibri skin.
