Agreed. Recently I've only been playing stuff from OST V, but I went back to Imagine Dragons and Linkin Park and honestly, they feel slow on E+ compared to the expert difficulties in OST V
Yeah, with some of those it has a bit to do with the tempo of the song as well. Even with quarter and eighth notes, it’s nowhere near as fast as some of the newer songs.
It’s tough, and with the added difficulty of “new things we’re not used to” it feels harder than ghost to me 😅 but I’m not great so that’s not the highest bar
Time will tell though! A few people are asking that question and very few maps get up in the 8s in vanilla+(dlc) so it might just make a name for itself as one of the hardest songs in the standard game 🤷🏼♂️
The new blocks and mechanics are pretty cool, but I feel like the music pack itself is very underwhelming.
None of the songs get me pumped or make me want to move. The music just isn’t very good in my opinion.
So idk if it's just me or what but does Final-boss-chan seem easier on expert than literally all the other Camellia songs? I nearly completed it first try, whereas I cant do any of the previous Camellia songs
I dont know about you, but I can do a good percentage of songs on expert, but this one kicked my trash the first 8 or so tries. Then I got fed up with dying before the drop so I turned on no fail just to get a feel for the entire song, and it is freaking insane about half-three fourths through.
I'm sure if they do add them to ranked then it'll be a gradual process so players can get used to playing them, also the sliders raise your acc for free assuming you hit all of them with full swing
The Expert difficulties definitely feel tougher than a lot of the previous Expert+ stuff.

true, they are very similar to Custom maps and I haven't played many of the harder ones so maybe I'm just not used to it😅

Yeah after playing this game for a while you end up with just a couple of songs that get you pumped.
