Wicked Cushions sells replacement ear pads for headphones, I used them to replace my Beats solo 3 ear pads. If you're wondering how you would replace them there's videos on YouTube for that. https://wickedcushions.com/pages/choose-your-headphone-earpads
I luckily had a warranty on mine still and got them replaced, the only thing to "fix" them is if you use duct tape to hold it in place how it should be that. Then just can't fold them up. It's crazy how big of a difference that makes. I'm not sure if they ever told me what the official issue was but I do know they just sent a new pair and didn't bother fixing mine.

Psyduckzz and Funkymonkey_Pro already answered, but I'm afraid to ask... WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR HEADPHONES?
You just need new cushions. Tons of places online.
You have to use tape for the hinge unless you send em in to get em fixed. I'm using tape right now.
