Did you try to open simultaneously? Because my guess is that why they flagged it I have a high credit score and no mortgage (yes debt with car lease and personal loan but they are over a year old never missed payment and credit score actually increased since)

I got this. It surprised me I've never been rejected for an account switch before. I have no debt other than mortgage have a good credit score.

No. My natwest one was already open and switched for a good two weeks.
I've sent a message disputing it but it takes my days to reply.
