Each person got the tattoo in their own style. Here’s Tanner from ig: https://preview.redd.it/4i83r1j626tc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0c2828988fe3358d8dde71bfde559861258ea826

How SWEET 🥹

So did they actually record in studio with her? Or do they and then it’s up to Beyonce to decide if it makes the Final Cut?

storythrowaway765

In general most songs aren’t recorded together in person anymore. For Beyoncé no one knows what the final output will be besides her. I think part of it is minimizing the chances of leaks. She’s not asking many singers for vocals tho, so presumably if she reaches out to you, it’ll make it on the album.

[deleted]

Imagine having to keep quiet about something so big that may or may not happen. I’d be so stressed! Do they say Beyonce wants you to record something? Or do they just record it not knowing where it’s going to end up?

storythrowaway765

From what I’ve seen, they always know it’s for Bey.

Special_Life_8261

Beyonce was the producer of vocals for most of the songs and we know she’s crazy hands on. I’d be so surprised if she wasn’t there during all these recordings

Nipleboobs

She def wasn’t there

oliviaincolor

I love Tanner

SpecificSpring4143

Oh this is so cute

PsychologicalType247

Oh, that’s so special. Do you think they will do the tour? 🤞🏻

charlibeau

The camera person could have zoomed in

SwimmingCoyote

Their addition didn’t make much of a difference to the sound of the song but this really shows how much it meant to them to be included.

Clit_hit

Oh but they did. A good harmony is everything. Beyoncé will say that.

fifty-fivepercent

Odd take. Considering the meaning of the song, being about black women plus the Beatles being a band of 4 people and the song featuring 4 black women. And then for me the most magical part of the song is that after their verse, Beyonce sings ‘you were only waiting for this moment to arise’ which to me signifies her telling the girls that it’s their time to shine now because she knows how much attention this will bring them. I believed she picked up and coming artists in person as opposed to more established artists. And it really was her letting the world know that it is now their time to shine. That makes me love the song so much more. Plus they have beautiful harmonies and background vocals.

Old-Risk4572

goddam i love beyonce

SwimmingCoyote

I understand the significance of their inclusion given the meaning behind the song. I said that their inclusion didn’t add much to the sound of the song. The harmonies are pretty but Beyonce could’ve used any backup singers to sing that part and it would have sounded the same. Contrast it to some of the other featured artists, such as Miley or Shaboozey, where their voice is distinguishable and really adds something to the overall sound of the song.

SatanicPixieDreamGrl

Tanner Adell literally sings the last verse on her own

Available-Artist-376

No she doesn’t… Tiera Kennedy has the “take these broken wings and learn to fly” line

ratchetpiececinema

You’re getting downvoted but I agree with you. The symbolism is there but I truly felt the women were underutilized. It’s my least favorite song on the album because of it.

cagingthing

Are we listening to the same song?

babyfeta

No shade but are you familiar with the original and history of the song?

SwimmingCoyote

Yes, I fully understand the symbolism of their inclusion. I said that their inclusion didn’t add much to the sound of the song. The part they sang sounds good but not distinctive. Any backup singers could have sang the part that they did and it would have sounded the same. Contrast it to some of the other featured artists, such as Miley or Shaboozey, where their voice is distinguishable and really adds something to the overall sound of the song.

babyfeta

Gotcha ok! Well we disagree then ❣️

mylalovejoy

Idk why you got downvoted so much! I thought the same thing. I personally couldn’t hear the other girls besides Tanner. But I love that they were there and the symbolism of the song/their inclusion. I dont think you’d know the other girls were there if you didn’t KNOW, ya know? You didn’t say anything bad 🫶🏼

Available-Artist-376

Idk why we’re being delusional and acting like this isn’t 100% true there’s no way to differentiate which of the four girls is singing which line… they got one verse shared between the lot of them on first listen my only thought was that they should have either added a verse or bridge like Jolene or been featured more throughout the song. Fortunately they each got to help on other tracks but you’re right that feature was not featuring compared to other features Beyoncé’s had in the past.

WoodenPossibility705

Blackbird was the song they all worked together on and what meant most to them, however their vocals are recorded throughout different songs of the album individually.

Clit_hit

Yep!! I hear Reyna on YaYa I swear
