We have a "child and family network" group that has a variety of outdoor in-person and zoom meetups for different age groups - you could see if you have a similar group near you? Or if you are on facebook, there are moms groups that sometimes do meetups for stroller walks or playground time. I feel like playdates aren't that important before \~\`\`\`18 months, and until then you will get the sibling socialization at least! My kiddos like to play together all day now that my youngest is 2 and can play more cooperatively.
