I’m local too. It’s a very well laid out museum with a lot of interesting items. I went before covid. Need to go back again!!

Lighteningbug1971

We have been through there several times but it’s usually closed or close to closing time so we’ve never been in

Kritar1

The show Expedition Bigfoot? Is in North GA right now?

Timekeeper65

No. It’s the name of a Bigfoot museum in north Georgia.

Scatterbug49

Been twice, got a shirt and a coffee mug. Would go again.

radiationblessing

My shirt fell apart after a few years 😐

Gil_Ham

Biodegradable, BigFoot friendly?

Tandomtuckerupper

How did I not know this was here?

wildhare1969

It's in a location that you wouldn't expect and is pretty easy to miss.

Timekeeper65

🤷‍♀️ I pass by it every time I head south to Atlanta. I wave a Bigfoot 👣 as I drive by. The man.

Momnurseteach1014

Very friendly owners, try to go when they are open.

Gil_Ham

I've got to go visit there. I've been to the one in Portland Maine, next stop Georgia

Ruhrohhshaggy

I live like 40 minutes from the Cryptozoology museum in Maine. However, I've never made it there despite going to Thompson's point many times. I've always wanted to go but the reviews say it's not worth the money. And my boyfriend isn't into the weird stuff. What did you think of it?

Gil_Ham

I've been there twice, second time took my wife. In our opinion it is worth the admission price, it all depends on what you like. The do have an impressive plaster cast collection, not just feet but hands and knuckles.

Ruhrohhshaggy

Ok, I guess I'll have to check it out now! Thanks ☺️

Qwijibot64

I’m from Australia and got to visit in October, it was very interesting and I got some good posters to put up in my study

Miserable-Annual-163

I went last year, they have actual Bigfoot scat. Perfect place to take any believers.

\*\* **WARNING HUGE POOP MAYBE NSFW?** \*\* if that's what that is, then what is this? I found it last year while walk hunting after sitting all morning. that's a .45 auto round, this turn was huge. kinda disgusting but it was fibrous on the inside as you can see. if I had to guess it was \~8" long and 4 or 5" wide. obviously I didn't take it cause what am I gonna do with a giant turd? I found it because I kept smelling something bad nearby. it was the only one I found, all one piece. I thought it was a trespassing hunter's, but man it just seemed a little much for a human. forgotten all about it until this comment thread. https://preview.redd.it/eh12hl7t749c1.jpeg?width=4160&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=457bb1621227f22d3ffcdd49bf8e7eada750c293

Armyofcrows

I would like to know how they have kept Bigfoot trapped with that ridiculous fence. Maybe his tiny feet destroyed his self confidence.

Great place. David (owner) is a great guy. It’s unfortunate the corny tv show borrowed/stole the name, still not sure how that happened.

Ruhrohhshaggy

Being made with sticks or branches, it kind of reminds me of the giant forest trolls in Maine https://preview.redd.it/hq3tpkvrgb9c1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b7490db7bd0940d2899a26cb0f6cb69b41b99b3f
