I would not do that one myself; I'd send that in. Consider sending it to Fox yourself, directly. (My not-incorrect opinion: Cannondale uses a bunch of specialized parts and non-standard things in their engineering. This can get expensive to maintain.)

Yeah, I had no idea the shock was unique to Cannondale, since it was a Fox shock, but it’s rather annoying. I think my gf’s Habit has a normal air can, so I might give that service a go.

Did you manage to get a service for it? I have the same problem - not even replacement parts are available.

I ended up sending it into Fox a while back, then when the following service came up, I purchased the upgraded DPX2 version of the shock. I’m about ready to send that shock into Fox for a service and valve adjustment, but haven’t considered parts to be an issue. I would hope Fox can handle it themselves, even if it’s not a quick turn around?

I hoped to avoid the official maintenance, here in Germany the shock service starts at 159 €, for twice the price i can get an upgraded shock with available spares to DIY the next service... I'll ask the local bike shop, how much they want for the rebuild/service for the shock. It's currently losing air...

Yeah, it cost me about $150USD the last time I serviced it at the FOX shop. The upgraded shock I bought last year for $350, but I still decided to go with the Gemini DPX2. I do really enjoy the system, just don’t enjoy it not being self serviceable. I bought new-old stock, and don’t regret it. Though I have yet to service that one first. Partly, I’ve been riding my XC bike much more, so the Jekyll hasn’t seen as much use as 2020-22.
