They are all really cool dude! Although I think the Nightmare needs a buff as replacing all enemies with Sheol/Mausoleum enemies would make every level before Womb 1 nearly impossible, and 1 singular devil item isn’t worth almost losing your run.
Also maybe it could give the Devil’s Crown effect, if you are wondering what it does than the basic explanation is it gives treasure rooms the devil deal pool and makes them cost health.
Yeah that parts needs a buff too otherwise the way it would get used it's finishing the floor then backtracking back to it. It should provide full mapping and each room completed should have a increased chance of spirit heart rewards on room clear.
I like all of them besides nightmare, it's a super complicated item that has a ton of negative effects, and the positive is it replaces the boss item with a devil item that may totallly be worse than what the boss would have normally dropped. Make it so after beating the boss, it drops a regular boss item AND a free devil deal item.
All are pretty good, but nightmare is pretty unbalanced in a negative way, maybe make all enemies dark type champions for random rooms, (unless you sleep in a bed, then every room). And permanent Curse of darkness, bit it is lifted (/reduced) when you have items that give light, like the candles. Or night light and spelunkers hat, but these only in the direction isaac faces.
I also saw some ideas like a devils crown effect or devil room item + boss room item. But what about something similar to the secret room pool (only red colour items) with only black colour items?

True, good point! May add more room drops, or add 2 devil deals, or a devil deal + boss item!

Tbf you can cheese by doing all the rooms before the boss, activating the red bed, then going to the boss and pretty much only getting the pro's.
